I recently booked a Hens Party for a girlfriend. The booking process was very easy and the Manager was helpful. I was very appreciative of the club allowing us to have a 14yr old in our group for the night.

We were expecting a beautiful latino feast, but sadly there was nothing 'latino' about it. Food was very bland and there was not much variety. I had a piece of Chorizo and it was like rubber. Chicken wings and pork ribs are probably not a great idea when the majority of the patrons are women and they don't like nawwing at their food. There was also one dessert which was a chocolate mousse which didn't appeal to anyone at our table.

The dance lessons were really shocking. Messy and no order. I actually thought there would be teachers, but it was just a lady yelling "dance!" in to a microphone and occasionally getting in amongst the crowd.

Waiter service was confusing. Drink orders got muddled and totals changed depending on what waiter served you. Not sure why there were two separate dance floors right near each other with two lots of music blarring. It was hard to focus on one song.

All-in-all, we made the night entertaining and made our own great memories, but disappointing to have to pay $65 p/p and not get much in return from Vivaz.

Do not go here for food! It seems more like a backpacker bar than anything else. Definitely not a churrasco. The meat was dry and not very tasty. We got taken to a table and then waitress left on a break so had to go and ask what was happening. Glad we got a voucher and didn't pay full price for this. Definitely not recommend anyone going here for food but could be a decent bar if you go there after 10pm.

This is not your usual “Brazilian churrasco”. There are no waiters walking around with skewers of meat. Instead, you line up with hundreds of girls (who flock here for what must be a cheap hen’s night) in a buffet line for veges, salads, bread, pasta and rice. The “Brazilian churrasco” is right at the end and consists of 5 different kinds of meat – baked fish, beef, pork belly and chicken wings. All of the cuts of meat (which was not a lot by Brazilian churrasco standards) were very salty and they don’t replace the salads and veges when they run out. We didn’t bother going back for seconds. At least the Chilean wine was nice.

The waiters take drink orders then take your credit card and leave it at the bar until you’re ready to pay at the end of the night. I guess they expect you to ring up a huge bar tab by the end of the night. There are also a few topless waiters walking around taking drink orders from the hen’s groups. Not worth the $19 each we paid for the vouchers. I probably should have read the reviews here first. Spend your money elsewhere!

Very disappointing. Bought vouchers claiming to be "Brazilian churrasco BBQ" but had to wait in a queue to get food. Choice of food was very limited and was mostly salads and foods like rice and pasta. The claim of "delectable desserts" was a fruit salad and mousse. Didn't mind having to get up for food, but was disappointed in the food which they called "Brazilian churrasco".

Service was friendly and polite. Location is pretty good. If you're sitting near a window, the view is nice. Drinks prices are quite reasonable for The Rocks.
The food was very nice, but they didn't seem to top up the dishes. A 2nd trip to the buffet and 1/2 the plates were empty. The meat was delicious, but the cuts were small. And half the pork crackling was rubbery. Realistically, if you're on a hens/bucks night you could probably have a lot of fun here, but I wouldn't recommend this place for a date night.

OMG, the worst. It was so hot. We had to stand in line only to be served a couple of pieces of dry meat. Not worth $10.

When you go to a Brazilian Churrasco Restaurant you expect to get a wide range of meat, inluding different cuts and types of meats. You also expect the meal to come with all the trimmings that are part of churrasco eg. fried cassava chips, fried banana. We weren't told we had to get up and get all the side dishes and then we were made to line up with everyone else in the restaurant. Not what we expected. We were told that the waiters would come around with the meat.

By the time the trays got to us the meat was cold. There was also only chicken wings, pork, some sort of beef and then a sausage that did not resemble a chorizo at all. That was as far as the variety of meat got. The dinner overall was good but too pricey for what it was.

Bought $59 seafood platter voucher from Scoopon to come here. It was basically fish and chips. The pictures and descriptions on Scoopon were extremely misleading. A complete waste of money as a fish and chips shop can serve this platter up for around $30.

Do not recommend this place at all.

New years eve 2012 was great. Excellent service by bar staff. The owner was paying personal attention and the chef was very passionate about the good food served out.

Came here with a group of friends a few months ago. We had a voucher which included a buffet meal and salsa class. I found the food surprisingly ok. I wasn't expecting much from this place so maybe that's why. Overall, nothing great but nothing too bad. I'm glad I came here with a voucher as I wouldn't want to pay full price for what I ate as I don't think it would be worth it.
