My mum and I came here on the way home to buy some bread but ended up walking away with some of their pastries that they had on offer. We sampled the cinnamon scroll which was nice but ended up busying their almond croissant which were massive and their escargot. Both were tasty and for the price you pay its decent portions, I'll be back to try some of their other tempting goods!
Horrible, uncaring service. Ok I can cope with the "no cards / eftpos" policy but this is painful when buying a $30+ cake. Maybe just have a minimum order value on cards? Attempted to buys several items and have just the one charge on the receipt (easier for claiming purposes). French woman behind counter could not cope with that request so ended up just buying the cake and none of the extras (their loss in additional sales). Then tried to short change me $10! No apologies just bad attitude all round. Not a pleasant way to start the day.
Seriously people, go here immediately and buy their chocolate brownies! They are incredible. I have eaten other things here, but thats irrelevant. The brownies are the best I have ever eaten - heated in the microwave till warm, with some ice cream, an awesome dessert. Do it now! C'est sensasse!
