Sushi on Stanley, Darlinghurst

The lunch at Sushi on Stanley is an event I look forward and try to make whenever I head to the city with friends. While parking near Stanley street is painful, I would circle the areas numerous times for the meal deal. Lunch offers deals with a mixture of meals on a tray for under $15. The restaurant is cute and always teeming with customers.

My favourite meal is the Sashimi, Teriyaki Chicken, Salad and Miso soup. My partner gets the tempura dish, but the sushi is wonderful too. It is definitely worth a visit. Don't expect chatty waitresses, but they are efficient and friendly enough. The portions are generous and meals are very yummy.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. An average building which they have decorated Very well. Great prices, lovely rustic hearty meals (my partner had the herb fritata, and I got food envy, but my stew was delicious too). Well fried chips, good wine, friendly waitstaff (but not the loitering kind), relaxed atmosphere and a beautiful surprise when we paid the bill for our meals, entree and drinks with a $50. We are keen to go back with friends.

My family and I, and my partner have gone to Cafe Brisa numerous times now and have a consistently good time.

The food is very nice. I recommend the Fish and Chips, the Grilled Scampi and the potato wedges. My grandparents (who eat out frequently) love the Rainbow trout, my mum loves the steak and I love the Grilled Barramundi. Everyone leaves satisfied. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Sticky date pudding. The family who own the business take time with their regulars and are lovely to chat with.

I went to Sabai Thai using a voucher with 2 friends and loved it! We had been to Thailand in January and this placed matched, and, perhaps, exceeded out wonderful Chang Mai massages. The ambience was a little odd, which I loved. The massagers were lovely, greet them with Sawadee Ka and thank them with Kup Koon Kah, and you will have them smiling. We just loved it. It doesn't have the feel of the hospital style masseuse with white walls and crisp plastic sheets, it is more homely and relaxing.
