I dined here with some friends and it was such a disappointment. It appeared to be a nice busy restaurant from the outside, but I was less than impressed once we sat down. The service was terrible and they didn't speak English very well. The air-conditioning was much too cold and I also noticed the customers seated next to us also found it quite uncomfortable.

When we asked to have to air-con turned down, we were met with an angry, careless scowl. I'm assuming the staff preferred the cool temperatures as they were running around everywhere like aerobic waiters. (Understaffed?) I think this also affected service as they were not very attentive at all. And rude! In addition, the tables were extremely small! I felt uptight the entire time and felt like I was invading the space of the customers next to me.

The food was terrible. The Chili Basil stir-fry was the worst I have ever tried. The money bags entree was obviously not well cooked as it was still cold on the inside. I wouldn't be surprised if they heated some of the food in the microwave. It was almost like they were throwing the food at us as quickly as possible just so that they can kick us out and serve another set of waiting customers.

For such rushed service, half-cooked food, and uncomfortable surroundings, I wouldn't pay any amount to eat there. My impression of this venue is that they are more concerned with turnover than increasing their customer base. They may be busy for now but for all those customers they disappoint I'm sure they will lose a bit of business down the track. Esp. since there is a new Thai restaurant/takeaway opening up next to them.

I would first like to comment on the service. We were greeted by the most arrogant waiter on the planet. He was not only rude and snooty for no apparent reason, but on the way out he purposely bumped into my husband. He obviously deserved the zero tip we gladly left! Oh and on another note. May we also suggest that with such overly extravagant prices, maybe the venue would like to hire non-violent waiters without such unappealing nasal piercings. It can be quite unappetising and restaurants should always value presentation.

The food was extremely overpriced for the venue. The cured ocean trout was priced at $11.00 but was so meager and tasteless that I would not even price it at all. The rocket salad was bland and tasted like grass. I did, however, enjoy the sardines (still meager and overpriced) and the desserts. They were, unfortunately, washed down with warm sparkling water.

The ambience was ruined by the pretentious waiters decorated about, who were also extremely slow at clearing up our finished plates. May I also add here that it is unforgivable as the restaurant was hardly busy at the time. This place is a waste of a sea-side view. I'd rather eat fish 'n' chips by the wharf from a greasy take-away shop than ever go back here at all...

They definitely left a very messy "Signature" on my plate!

One of the best Lebanese restaurants in the suburbs. Best Rocket Salad and delicious Garlic Lemon Chicken. Must have. All the meat dishes are great. I love the barbequed onions on my lamb skewer. Friendly staff. Very filling portions.
Highly recommended.

A bit too much of a backpacker place it seemed. The staff were ok but half of them didn't really speak much English. I had a meal from the adjoining restaurant and asked for the rest for takeaway which after waiting nearly 20 minutes realised the non-speaking waitress just threw my barely touched food out!

As for the local crowd. It seemed a bit too cliquish. I'm sure there are nicer hangouts in Bondi than this one.

I have dined here over 8 times in the last two months, each time with a different friend. I feel like it's my obligation to share such amazing food with everyone I know. Every time I've come here I have ordered to Wagu and it has always been delicious. The Prawn Tempura is the best that I have ever tried. Try the seared tuna with the mustard dressing, the flavours are all perfectly balanced.

For dessert I wouldn't ignore their sorbet's. Great flavour. I felt like I was tasting fresh coconuts on a beach with the coconut sorbet. The service is ok, though not consistent. Some staff are friendly, while others seem to prance around looking pretty. With the value of the meals being as they are I'd have expected my finished dishes to be cleared alot faster. Esp. as the communal table can be quite cramped.

Overall. YUM!

Great place to eat at after the beach. Very open seating and very casual. The place seems to have gotten a face-lift from the last time I've been there. I absolutely love the chicken satay skewers and the Tom Yum soup with prawns. I have also had their fish cakes and they are unbelievable, I can taste all the fresh herbs with every bite.

I think it's the best place in Bondi to wind down at with a group of friends. Very social atmosphere. Very Bondi Thai!
