Good food, good setting and atmosphere. Been back a few times now, but just a little on the expensive side.

Well, it seems like this restaurant's reputation has been well documented... The service is certainly best described as "snooty!" Last time we ate here, we informed the waitress that our pasta was undercooked. She said she would inform the owner/manager... She promptly returned and said that was the way pasta is supposed to be cooked! Now, as the owner had not tasted the pasta, how would he even know if it was indeed cooked correctly! His arrogance was truly astounding! By the way, coming from an Italian background, I do like my pasta "aldente", but this was definitely undercooked!

Considering its excellent location, the price was quite reasonable, however the food quality was poor! Our group expected much better. As an example, three members of our group ordered the beef, only to be disappointed, with significantly overcooked meat! We won't be back!


Response from Management:
Hi Yolanda, I am a little confused as to what is overcooked. Sanders actually does not have a steak on the menu the concept of overcooking something we don't have is a little misleading. Possibly you may have got us confused with another restaurant.

The fact that this restaurant is always busy, is a good indication that the food is consistently good! A little pricey though!
