So nice food, so authentic Thai taste and so inexpensive, just a must. Much better than most Thais in Newtown.

Waited 35 minutes for sandwich, salad and another 10 for garlic bread. Unfriendly staff, even worse senior staff. Food nice but overpriced. Just because they are next door to Enmore Theatre, does not mean that price should be that high. Even for expensive food, service is So Not To Come Back!

Second time in less than two months got completely wrong order, got overcharged and, when complain, got phone hanged up on me, while talking to senior staff. Not nice at all. And not a first time but my last visit is, for sure.

Staff does not speak english, can not make 3 coffees at once to taste good and on top of it, can not remember who ordered what? Unskilled and overpriced.

We always strive to provide good customer service for our customers. We'd like to apologise for any discomfort caused while dining at Well Connected Cafe. The staff were new and were being trained at the time, but level of service has improved since then. Please call back and we will give you a free coffee next time. Thanks.
