My first visit and what a gem of a find. This place rivals the Mexican eateries found in the inner west. Probably the best Mexican restaurant south of Sydney. Tasty food with generous portions and reasonable prices. You definitely won't leave here hungry. Our host was very hospitable and most knowledgeable about the dishes. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

A quaint giftshop come cafe in the suburbs. I have been here for both breakfast and lunch. Atmosphere is lively and on both occasions we needed to wait for a table. The time can be easily spent browsing through the gift shop. Staff are attentive, the service is prompt and within minutes of sitting down, drinks arrive. The food is tasty and the servings are generous. You will not leave here hungry.

Phamish, Darlinghurst

I have been frequenting Phamish for several years now. The food here is so fresh and the flavours are amazing. Just about everything on the menu is food. My favourites are the duck and prawn pancakes, blue swimmer crab dumplings, the banana blossom duck salad and soft shell crab.

The food is great value for money, we usually have 2 entrees and 3 mains between 4 people and this comes out at approx $30 pp. Highly recommended but to avoid disappointment, best to arrive early as they only make set quantities each evening and when a dish runs out, it is taken off the menu.

Napoli In Bocca, Haberfield

Traditional Italian eatery with lively atmosphere. Don’t expect to find “ham and pineapple” here. The pizzas here are very authentic and possibly the best you will find outside of Italy. Service is slow and at times staff may appear to be rude but what Napoli in Bocca lacks in service they definitely make up for in the food. The pizzas and pastas are delicious, servings are generous and food is exceptional value. Great BYO policy so bring your favourite Italian wine. Be sure to book as this place fills up quickly.

I've been coming here for lunch for several years now. Love the bento boxes. There are many choices and each comes with miso, rice and salad. Very filling, tasty and great value for money. Best to book, even for lunch as this place fills up quickly. Highly recommended.

Came here on a Saturday evening with a group of 7. Service was slow and whilst the entree bruschetta was good albeit overpriced, the mains were very ordinary and somewhat bland. My rib eye steak was akin to what would find in an RSL. This place didn't seem very Italian to me and the menu lacked the typical dishes you would find in a trattoria. I would give this place a miss in the future as there are a number of Italian eateries in surrounding suburbs offering better food, service and value.

What a great find! What Masa lacks in ambience they make up for in food. We had the sashimi, sushi, gyoza, wagyu and tempura udon. The quality and taste is akin to that of a top notch Japanese eatery. Excellent value too. I can't wait to go back and try some other dishes.
