We went here for a friend's birthday. We had the alacarte menu for dinner. The mushroom risotto was a bit disappointing, I've made better risotto at home. But the Atlantic Salmon on lemon risotto was superb! Highly recommend this dish.

I went here on a sunday night it was not crowded and the service was impeccable. We even got a few complimentary dishes which was nice. Really Really good food and I'm usually very critical when it comes to food, but this restaurant did it well. I know how hard it is to recreate authentic indian dishes with the ingredients available here, but the dishes tasted just as good as it was back home. The decor is over the top to say the least, very glittery, based on a bollywood kind of theme, definitely not authentic nor like anything you will find in India. Will definitely go back for the food, its just too good.

Got carried away by the reviews. The food is not great, some dishes were nice like the samosa salad and the Ku Fee. I can say I have tried Burmese cuisine without impacting my wallet much but won't be going back there. Also, Mohinga is the staple food of the Burmese, exotic but not tasty, thick soup full of fish paste and fried split peas, this is seriously an acquired taste.

Last Train to Bombay, Crows Nest

A great restaurant in Crows Nest. I'm Indian in pursuit of good Indian food and real Indian food. More than satisfied with this place, I recommend the specials menu with Makke Di Roti, Cholay bathure and paneer dosa!

I'm Indian and I'm always in pursuit of good Indian food. And I mean the real stuff not the bland and sweet alternative they are served. For the quality of food I think the price is very reasonable. I like the ambience sort of like a hip cafe, very relaxing and social. This is my favourite restaurant now. I suggest the award winning chicken dish, its great and also the chicken biriyani is really good.
