This restaurant and it's food is a great find. We've been there twice since it opened and the food is really tasty without being stodgy. It inspired us to experiment with different herbs with our cooking. It's not cheap but we enjoyed their authentic foods.

The food is consistent and the menu has a lot to offer. The serves are big and authentic. I prefer to be there with a big group on weekends because it's noisy and the service is hit and miss. I've been there on weekdays with small groups and the service is much better. It's better to know what you're in for. The head waiter changed our table to cater for a couple of unexpected friends eventhough they were fully booked.

I visited Kings Indian for lunch today with a group of friends. The waitress was very helpful. The food was good. The restaurant has been spruced up and is very clean. The lunch board outside the restaurant advertised a $10.90 lunch with wine, however, we were presented with a limited lunch selection that wasn't $10.90. Something was amiss.

We enjoyed the food and the location. The staff were very attentive. I had the lamb, friends had the fish/chips and salmon. All our meals were good. The menu is small and we all found something that we enjoyed. I was impressed that an RSL can have such a good restaurant. We were 30 minutes late due to local parking shortage and they held the table for us, without any hassles. We parked at Cronulla Central because street parking was scarce. That's not the RSL's problem.

The food is authentic and they always have room for us. It's definitely a great venue. It's cheap and the food is tasty too.
