Paid $300 to be told the kitchen staff was too busy to care about the fact they never plated everything on the starters. Had to wait an age to be offered drinks, food was slow to arrive and was average quality. The party in the pub section was deemed much more important than the diners in the Restuarant - The music from the pub was so loud that we could have a proper conversation in the restaurant.

No effort made to resolve issues on the night, promised a call from the senior staff (He was far too busy looking after the party in the pub to see us at the time!) and he never bothered calling us back.

If you do go here (and I have heard good things) I hope you have a good experience because if you don't they make no effort at all to keep your business.
