This is absolutely one of the best thai restaurants in Sydney. There should be a queue out the door and down the street but happily for us there's not. Sure to describe the decor is being basic is generous but when you start to eat it all pales into absolute insignificance. Try the Sartor and the Choo Chee fish, hell try everything and if you find something that's not mouth wateringly, jaw droppingly, give me another plate now(!) delicious I'd be most surprised.

This place is terrific - a most welcome addition to the Mountains. As a local I breathe a huge sigh of relief that this is a place that caters to locals rather than the norm here - restaurants that rely on one time only customers. This means that they put real care into their food, their environment and their service. Why then just a 6 for food? Well I've got high standards and while their food is good it falls short of excellent in several easily fixable ways. Their pizza bases are not made with hard enough flour, nor is the dough worked enough, nor are they cooked long enough or at a high enough temperature. The toppings are delicious but the chef needs to visit Pizza e Birra (or indeed Italy) to discover the joy of an almost charred bubbly, chewy crust yummmmm. Their antipasto plate is a great accompaniment to Beer but has slightly too many vinegary snacks to sit excellently with wine, A highlight are their bombolini - yeasted doughnuts that you dip in chocolate, and a chestnut and meringue dessert that has a perfect sweetness balance. I highly recommend this place and look forward to reviewing them again when they've perfected their pizzas and started making their own pasta!
