Stumbled upon this gem for breakfast this morning. The guys here are friendly, attentive and have a great sense of humour. Food is simple, unpretentious and great tasting. Excellent value and coffee is strong and full bodied. Thoroughly enjoyed and will certainly return!

Fantastic attentive and friendly service. Great vibe with lots of happy chatter and an interesting array of people. Portions could be larger but the food is outstanding. Love the coffee. Will be back!

Well presented little cafe offering very friendly and efficient service, high quality food and coffee. Charming find in a tucked away suburb. Love this place!

Dined here on NYE. Looks very appealing from the street front with large French doors revealing tasteful decor and flowing to a large rear dining area. The experience started well, with the wait staff attending to our requests promptly. However, it quickly went downhill. Presented with an entree of half frozen curry puffs, we didn't say anything thinking it may be just an off day, this sort of thing is a health risk, though.

Then the main of massaman beef arrived, the only word to decribe this dish is disgusting, a slab of dried out, luke warm meat, not at all tender drizzled in some sort of curry sauce and two tiny potato chunks. We informed the waitress who seemed unfazed by our complaint, in the meantime a fried rice with seafood arrived (we ordered with vegetables and tofu.

By this time I felt very agitated with the whole experience. Finally, the massaman curry arrived, again cold and with a knife and fork to carve up the revolting chunk of cold, leathery beef. I tried the dish only to find it tasteless and fatty. Upon leaving, there was no apology whatsoever, only a query from a waitress with a look of surprise that we were leaving most of the dishes 3/4 full.

To top it all off, we were charged top dollar for what I have to say is arguably the worst thai food I have ever tasted. A disgrace.

Very bright, cheery ambience and lots of chatter makes this a great place for a catch up. Food is good and the staff while busy do their best to be friendly and attentive. Breakfast menu could be broader. The owner is clearly very active in the running of this place and very attentive. The coffee, however, is not to my liking, overly extracted and quite bitter, it really doesn't rate in my estimations, could be the brand?

Had an outstanding meal here. The service courteous and prompt. Decor is lovely, although a little cramped. Would highly recommend.

Caught up with a friend here for a leisurely Sunday brunch. While the food was very well prepared, I have to say the ambience of the place was affected by the uptight, inattentive staff, having the senior staff of the place behind the coffee machine barking at his staff does not make for relaxing or enjoyable time. The coffee is only average, despite there being three people behind the machine, not one of them could be deemed an expert. I thought it may have been an off day, but reading the reviews below, it must be the norm. Potential unrealised.

Great food in a beautiful setting. Highly impressed by the attentiveness of the owner and staff to our requests, and checking at intervals we were happy. Cannot believe the low rating given.
