New is the only selling point for this restaurant. My partner and I had yum cha here on Easter Monday and both fell ill. We suspect it was the overly “garlicky” steamed pork spare ribs.
There are tastier, cheerier and cheaper yum cha elsewhere in Parramatta.
I’ve had yum cha here about 7 times as it is new and has an open atmosphere. Also it is convenient if you are shopping in Westfields. Food and price is definitely disappointing for this place. There are lots of fried dishes and BBQ meats going around and around.
For the prawn dumplings and steamed prawn rice noodle you are looking to pay $7.50 each. That’s right, almost $2 for a small prawn dumpling with super sticky and glutinous wrap. Tea will be charged at $2.20 per head regardless whether you’ve ordered soft drink or not. There is a surcharge of $2.50 per head on public holidays and that’s fair enough had the staff not been so weary. For 5 yum cha dishes and a soft drink you are looking to pay $50 minimum.
This place does have a melon ball with sago dessert which is delicious. That is if you are very desperate for dessert and do not mind consuming foods with high chances of feeling ill.
Dinner is alright here with lots of mono-sodium glutamate and starch in dishes. Two dishes and fried rice will set you back around $60. It is convenient if you wanted to catch a movie. Also convenient is the Westfield toilet which may be required soon after dinner.

Love their hot chocolate and so many flavours to choose from. Mint and hazelnut are trusted favourites of mine. The staff are really pleasant and efficient. Looking forward to trying all the flavours.

Visited recently and it's a nice restaurant. Not too busy at 6pm. We opted for Korean dishes as the sushi train looked stale with a few fried dishes on display. There is a sushi chef who makes rolls to order.
The soft shell crab salad is yummy and goes well with their creamy sauce and a must have if you like the texture of soft shell crab. Good value too with 2 whole soft shell crabs in the salad.
Their Korean side dishes are small in portion size and selection with all 4 dishes the same chili flavour. Well try sushi next time around.

This place has a take away special on Monday nights where a selection of dishes is half price. I think the minimum order is $20 after discount. Usually I go with two curries or a curry and stir fry plus stir fried noodle. That’s plenty of food for two people. The taste is not fabulous and their beef is quite chewy. Best “meat” option I found is the tofu.
I would appreciate it if they would provide a bag for their take away as the brown paper bag is not practical for carrying hot containers in. Would I come here at normal prices? Definitely not as there’s plenty of restaurants nearby and plenty of Thai take out in Parramatta. The restaurant is quite dim. The service is friendly but 20 minutes wait is quite long for food. Be sure to call ahead for take out.

Nice restaurant with great service, delicious food and good value lunch deal. Don't be fooled by the diner exterior appearance. Inside is a neat and friendly Indian restaurant. During lunch there is a deal with 3 curries, rice, naan bread, pappadum, dip, salad and pickles all for under $12.
All their curries are full of flavour and saucy, perfect for dipping bread and pappadum. The butter chicken is my favourite as it is creamy with just the right dose of sweetness through it. Service from the attentive and efficient staff is appreciated and they have the awards on the wall to prove it. Drop by for a most satisfying and fulfilling lunch.

Went on a lovely Sunday afternoon and luckily found 30 minutes parking right outside the shop. As it was busy during lunch time, we waited for 10 minutes to be seated.
The table was comfortable being wide and spaced apart from adjacent tables. Too bad it was wiped with a dirty damp cloth leaving the surface smelly and sticky.
There were quite a lot of wait staff on duty and only one seemed pleasant. The others were all unhappy and tired. The open style kitchen was nice and the chefs were all working hard. It was nice to see each beef and salmon dish being cooked on the stove.
We chose a ramen dish each and although we opted for different meats the broth were the same. The broth was definitely too salty for my liking and I prefer my soup hotter and more creamy. The egg was a let down in flavour as it tasted slightly bitter but the firm and moist yolk consistency was great.
As a fan of ramen I’d definitely revisit and hope that service improves in the future.

This place is quite hidden. We entered the restaurant using the lift which was a laugh. It was so slow you’d think you were reaching for the 100th floor. The lift summoning buttons are odd as the actual press buttons and display buttons are mixed up. Design flaw or being unique?
Once inside it’s quite cosy. The restaurant caters nicely to individual and group diners. The waitresses diligently run around with the large ipad or ipad-like ordering system swinging on their backs.
Our drink orders arrived quickly followed shortly by our bowls of ramen. I noticed that both our water cups were chipped and although the jagged appearance can be overlooked, the hygiene factor is more concerning.
The Tonkotsu ramen broth was most satisfying being rich and creamy. Next time, I would request for ginger slices to be omitted or placed aside as the thin coarse texture and dry heat of the ginger did not match well with the smooth noodle. I would also let my boiled egg sit there and soak up the flavour more before consuming. The wooden spoon used to sip broth was, unfortunately, quite dirty with black build-up indicating where the unwashed part was.
Our drink choices of lychee home made soft drink complimented the hot soup noodle well. I look forward to trying their other flavours. In terms of dessert, I was quite satisfied and opted against eating green tea or black sesame ice cream.
Service was efficient, nonintrusive and with a slight communication hiccup beyond the common menu names. But we can guarantee our waitress now understands the phrase “water as well”. The cost is highly reasonable and a decent meal and drink costs around $15 per person, and a meal ending with dessert no more than $20.
Overall I was most satisfied with the food and would definitely recommend the place to those craving a bowl of hearty and tasty ramen. I look forward to revisiting this and their Bondi Junction and Chatswood restaurants.

This place is below average. The pan fried dumplings were served reheated. The place smelt of oil and the cheap prices are a reflection of the end product. Service is really as you would expect in an eatery. Walk in, read menu, order, pay, receive food, walk out. Will not be revisiting by choice.

Came here to celebrate Father's Day. The crab cooked in ginger and shallot sauce was really flavoursome and really meaty, although the M.S.G and starch flavour might not appeal to all. Out of the mains we had, the honey king prawns was the dearest at $26 and these huge prawns were delicious, even more so had there been a little less flour coating.
The cheapest dish was fried rice at $10 and it had lots of prawns in it. For four people the bill came to $170 including a 1 kg crab. Considering the portion size of the dishes, it is good value! Service of waiters is average with some waiters more pleasant to deal with than others. As soon as the manager appeared, the pace of each waiter really picked up. Definitely will revisit to try some other dishes.

Went as a group of four and opted for the table seating, will try the floor seating next time.
The side dishes arrived late with the mains and comprised of bean sprouts, cucumber, eggplant, and two types of kimchi. The eggplant was my favourite as it was marinated in light soy sauce and sesame oil. Their homemade wombok kimchi was overly salty but the other type of kimchi was more harmonious in flavour.
For entree we had seafood pancake and fried dumplings. The seafood pancake was too thick and floury for my liking but the fried dumplings were quite good.
While the waitress cooked our sliced beef and beef ribs, we enjoyed the beef and octopus hotpot. The rice noodle cakes were so soft and chewy absorbing much of the hotpot broth.
Service varied amongst the three waitstaff and the male staff of the night was most attentive and efficient. Although one of the female staff was helpful in wiping the puddle under the table originating from the leaky barbeque. The other female staff whom we encoutered first upon walking into the restaurant was rather grumpy and ignored us at the door, and ignored us again when we raised our hands to order.
Since the place is so easy to get to and Woolworths parking is conveniently steps away, we are looking forward to visiting again for a lunch time bibimbap.
