We went as a pre-valentine dinner and used a living social voucher. I read the other reviews and was not expecting a lot but I can confidently recommend this place. Service was acceptable and setting was nice. The food is what you should go for, especially Wagyu Steak - it has to be the most tender steak, even comparing against Hurricanes or other more prominent and expensive steak & rib houses. Teriyaki chicken was very delicious, entree very generous and well presented. Dessert was black sesame ice cream, which i have tasted better but still, pretty good. Overall, for voucher price of $60 2 people, it made for a great evening, I am sure to go back. I would give a 9 for service if the waitress spoke better English!

Went there with my family after a movie at Event cinemas last night. Got a table easy enough, ordered kids meals, pumpkin soup and Teriakyi Pizza. Pumpkin soup was lumpy and the spag bol for my 8 year old son had way too much salt. Service was ok, pizza was ok but not for those prices. Not recommended.

We went as a family, 8 and 6 year olds, looking for a tasty meal, comfortable environment, short drive away. Kennedy Room is all those things - and more. My whole family loved the food, the flavour, the dessert, the service, the whole experience. My wife enjoyed her glass of house red. I loved my steak. Thoroughly recommend Kennedy Room to anyone willing to pay a decent price for a decent dinner.
