I've eaten here about 4 times in the past year and keep insisting that the next time it would get better but it just doesn't. I give up on them. Their octopus is so rubbery and tastes like the ocean, there was hardly any flavour on it. My cousin had the eggplant rollantini and it was shocking! She took one bite of the eggplant and spat it back in the napkin. I had a taste and just immediately drowned it with lemonade. Shocking! The waitresses are very nice and friendly. Attentive too. I wish the food would get better.

WOW! This place is not even worth the $10 I paid for the lunch "special". The cheapest of cheap cuts of meat. The buffet is so bare, the vegetables are swimming in order. The food temperature was shocking. I did a search on the food authority website and lo & behold they recently got a fine because of the temperature of the food. Disgusting service. No welcome hello or smile, just a man behind a counter with his hand sticking out waiting for your money. Never again.

Went here last night and will be going back again tonight! The pulled pork sandwich is so incredibly amazing, it's a must if you go there! The hot wings are indeed very very hot, nice but too hot! The poutine was also very nice. The waitress had a Canadian accent and was very helpful the whole time. Good value, great food, great night! My new favourite eatery!

Came here whilst on holiday in Surfers. Was starving after a long day and we decided to head out and eat at one of the restaurants along cavill avenue. Saw the specials board 'half a rack of ribs, chips n salad for $2.95 and $9.95 for rump steak with chips n salad' me and 2 others decided these were good deals and to try them out. What a mistake!

The service was sooooooo sloowww, I wouldn't be surprised if there was only 1 chef on that night. Took 40 minutes to get our food and wowee what a shocker! The half a rack were the ribs you buy from woolies for $8.95 with some bbq sauce thrown on them and thats it. The rump was ok considering the price. But $23.95 for the ribs special was despicable! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Went here with the Ouffer deal bought online. Made the reservation for an evening during the week. Nobody was in the restaurant apart from us which was quite nice as we had the full attention of the waitress. The entrees were great. Garlic Prawns & Cheesy fries. Wagyu & baby chicken for main. Wagyu was ok, the mushroom sauce definitely tasted packaged. Their signature sauce is great. Service & Value was outsanding. Will definitely be returning again.

What a pathetic excuse for a hairdresser! I also am one of the voucher customers who didn't get as promised. Mine was full head of colour, style cut, treatment and blowdry.

I wanted a really nice red (they gave me a very dark brown with a hint of mahogany which you could see under very bright light only) their definition of style cut is to trim your hair and give you a "nice fringe baaaabe" treatment was most probably just shampoo being massaged into your hair and blowdry was pretty good till I walked outside. You'd think they would put some stuff in your hair for humidity...fat chance.

The service is shocking. They treat you like a 14 year old buying something from supre "hey baaaabe" "you're gonna look so hot baaaabe" are you kidding me? Just what circus freak show are you running here? I hope people do their research before purchasing from this useless place!

Recently went here using an online deal voucher. The garlic bread was amazing and the pie and chicken were delicious as well. The only thing was that the pie didn't have a gravy like sauce it was just really watery inside. But the meat was really tender. No complaints about the chicken.

I think this is the old Positano's, I had never eaten there before but whilst meeting my bf for lunch we decided to drop in and everything about this place was excellent. They had obviously done a bit of renovating which looked great, lunchtime specials were great value for money. I had a pasta whilst he had a salmon. Both were cooked to perfection. Really good. Service was really friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back. Well done!

I love good pub food, and this place has awesome specials throughout the week. They have some of the best ribs I have ever had, their steaks are pretty good too and the prices are fantastic. Only downfall was the mushroom sauce, it was terrible. Apart from that the ribs were absolutely delicious!

They're ridiculously expensive for a salon in western Sydney. However, they end up doing a fantastic job with whatever you ask them. So if you're not afraid to pay the money (Heaps expensive) then by all means, Lupp hair is awesome!
