This place was awful! When I first saw it... I thought it was a real bargain for a $36 manicure and pedicure. The place looked clean enough, the tables and the tubs was washed on a regular basis. There was only 2 ladies having their nails done so the wait for me wasn't long, but with my luck, this man shows up in front of me who in no way looks like he should be doing nails! To not be prejudice, I went along with it and thought, well I'm sure there's plenty of good male nail artists but boy I wrong! The guy had no idea how to file nails, my toe nails were completely uneven, something a child could have done. To make matters worse, when he attempted to paint my nails... the lacquer was all over the place, clearly showing that he had no idea what he was doing.
But, to make matters worse the two other ladies (when they finished with their clients) came over and started speaking to the guy in what I predict was Chinese or Vietnamese... with the tone of their voices sounded like criticism since he was getting lacquer all over the place. The guy finally got up and one of the ladies attempted to fix my toes but it was just plain awful at this point. I spoke up to say, I wasn't happy with the service and one of the ladies just exclaimed, "She'll fix it!". Thank god the guy wasn't doing my mani, but I left feeling annoyed, angry, and frustrated that I flushed money down the toilet. For that service, I should have paid a child to have done my nails! Beware... it's $36 for a reason! And, I've been been to plenty other $35-40 salons that had way better quality and value!
