The pizzas were sensational. There is a bit of a wait for a table because the place is so popular. But yes, its worth the wait! Really enjoyed the meat filled pizza (can't recall name). Loved the fact their pizzas weren't a perfect circle, reminded me of authentic pizza Napoli-style

Excellent little restaurant in Sydney. I love this restaurant, I think it defines, Melbourne culture in Sydney. Excellent Ambience, not too squashy but nice and cosy, great wine list, excellent service, gorgeous staff, delicious food! Bona fides tomato bruschetta and spinach and ricotta stuffed gnocchi to die for. Stunning! Thank you.

This is an outstanding restaurant in the heart of the Versace hotel. Service is efficient, although being such a busy Saturday night, not as friendly as it could have been and the ambience is comfortable and stylish. And as usual, there was a good crowd, so you won’t ever be alone in this restaurant.

Four of us dined and, our bill came to a reasonable $360. For that, we got four starters, four mains, two mmmm desserts, and a couple of drinks (good wine from the best wine list). That’s not bad value for a first class restaurant.

All the food, was fresh and tasty, but I would have preferred it if portions were a bit bigger. Still, I guess it’s prudent to go easy on the rich and tasty food. Being Versace on a busy Saturday night we struggled to find parking. If coming from Gold Coast, best option is to try and find something in a nearby residential side street.

This is the kind of place you can visit again and again and you’ll be assured of a good meal in pleasant surroundings for a reasonable price' (although always preferable if you have a voucher!)

You won’t be disappointed. Value-wise it’s first class. Highly recommended. Any night of the week, you’d be advised to book.

Great place for Indian food, Smiling and helpful staff makes the time spent great and delicious food. Great indoor dining place . Sizzle India made my time there great. Good value for food, all the dishes are priced pretty right.

Really enjoyed the food, the sweet and sour fried chicken was excellent and the meat in that and the pepper and black bean sizzling beef was great. Next time I'm in Brisbane I am going to try the duck, it looked amazing, no fatty bits. Lovely attentive staff. Bit pricey but worth it.

It’s not hard to understand why this place is so popular. This was our third visit and we were not disappointed because balkan offers a consistently high standard of food and service. What a pity, they’re housed in such a cramped, awkward venue. Having made their reputation, I’d love to see balkan move into more spacious and modern premises.

I did notice that the prices seemed to have gone up quite a bit since we were last here two years ago. This time, our bill for three came to $170. For that we got one starter, one meat plate, two mains, and three drinks (including a beer). But the meat plate was a little small.

For mains we had the cevapi. The beef was tender and flavoursome and I loved the cold potato salad they served with it. So that should give some indication of quality and freshness: tops! Service as always was super quick and efficient.

One consolation with the lousy venue is that there’s plenty of parking nearby. But this place would really take off if it rehoused in decent premises. This is the sort of restaurant that you can visit regularly and you’ll never be disappointed. Highly recommended. But make sure to book! My only criticism is that the service is a little too speedy.

Went here for friday lunch and it was such a disaster! Firstly we arrived there and was greeted by a very sweaty man, yes it was hot but gee wipe your forehead before greeting customers!

Then I looked at the menu and it had completely changed from what was advertised on their website! After recently been ill there are many foods I'm unable to eat, which is why we went there because on the menu on the website I could eat some of the foods!

The food took forever to come out! Considering it was not busy, would believe it would come out a tad faster than 1 hours before mains arrive! The table next to us had starters, mains, then entree! Was an absolutely nightmare! Especially the fact that it was big $ per person and all I could eat was a piece of bread (that was dry and stale) and 3 tiny potatoes!

As for customer service, there was not much service. As the weather started to turn a bit nasty and the outside area started to leak, it took them to find an extra seat to sit on so you weren't sitting in the rain, by then you're soaked through. As we were leaving I did mention these issues with the staff member who couldn't have cared less!? basically said "oh well".

In summary, never would I go there again! They make McDonalds seem like a fine dining experience.

We went for dinner last night at Giardinetto with a couple of friends. The atmosphere was lovely, I've eaten here in the past and I think it’s great to see a restaurant that has kept its decor in a good condition. The service was good the waiters seemed on the ball and helpful. I think the let down was the food. My entrée was a little. The mains were passable, but nothing wow for the price, and the dessert was ok. The food was more like café food, not really restaurant. I think if they improved the menu/food they could have a much better restaurant.

Attentive service. The bruschetta was disappointing, the bread did not seem to have been toasted, so the tomato was almost making the bread soggy. Not much garlic or basil to be found. It tasted like chopped tomato on white sliced bread. The s.p calamari was a generous size. My fellow diners rated their steak and duck dishes as good. Good value but give the bruschetta a miss.

Wow! We went to Costa Do for a birthday dinner last night and for the first time I am lost for words to express my delight with this restaurant. From the beginning with sitting in the restaurant with an aperitif and barbequed octopus mouthwatering, wanting more, tasting dessert. Our waiter, who's name escapes me, organised our request of a entree degustation type meal with matching wines.

The service of our dishes were timed to perfection as they were executed and allowed us to go out and have a sneaky cigarette. I will be telling anyone who is prepared to listen of this fabulous establishment. Compliments to Owner for having this sensational place to dine.
