Yes, it's expensive, but worth every cent! Amazing decor, wonderful staff and food that is second to none. A fabulous experience I hope to repeat soon!

Sometimes I convince myself to return here because, let's face it, the seafood is pretty darn good. Then, I get the bill and remember why I'm not a fan. It's terribly overpriced and it's got little or no atmosphere (a dine in experience is always a fast one).

It's not the best restaurant in the area nor does it represent the best value for money but there's something about Uchi that always impresses me. I often return here and always enjoy my meal and the atmosphere of the restaurant. Certainly not one of my regulars but well worth a visit or two!

We went here with some friends recently for brunch and absolutely loved it! The service was friendly and unpretentious, the atmosphere relaxed and the food amazing. The decorations and music give it a cool, quintessential inner west feel that seems to be lacking in so many other cafes on the peninsular. We'll be back!
