Great restaurant. I visited Galileo 5 times in one year. Last year my girlfriend celebrated her birthday at Galileo. I asked the waiter for a special request, a piece of cake with a candle. Instead, the waiter came out with a plate of Macaroons and Cakes with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate! Fantastic service! They didn't even charge us for it (maybe I think cause the waiter recognised us?).

Definitely one of the top restaurants in Sydney.

I had a memorable dining experience at Summit but not for the right reasons.

The service was substandard. We had to constantly ask the waitress to top up our water. The restaurant was not full, may be 70% to capacity and they still had bad service.

I ordered the Grilled Petuna Ocean Trout Fillet. It included mussels and they were not cleaned properly! Each mussels still had it's "beard". Some one got lazy in the kitchen and didn't clean them properly. May be they left it there on purpose to show that it was still fresh!?..I doubt it!

There are many other restaurants in Sydney I would rather go to than Summit.
