Return to this restaurant after last dining there a year ago, which was really enjoyable. Last night we decided to return to this restaurant to entertain some business associate. I was really disappointed, the quality of the duck and the service had gone so far backwards that I might as well be dining at any Chinese restaurants around Chna Town. Sad to see management decided to down grade this used to be exclusive restaurant to a very average Chinese restaurant.

Not just a Pho or Broken-rice Vietnamese restaurant, but with a lot of variety like Hue Spicy Beef nuddle soup, Marinated Duck Nuddle, and a lot more. Just return from Vietnam Holiday, but think this joint is better then the street food from Ho Chi Ming City.

I dine out at Rasa regulary. The quality and the variety of dishes here is probably the best in Melbourne. Price here is more expensive than other so call Malaysian Restaurants, but the flavour and quality od food at Rasa is far better than others. I always entertaints busienss associate here as the service is always friendly, and the restaurant not too noicy.
