My wife and I went to this thai restaurant expecting a decent feed of authentic thai food. We were so wrong!

My wife requested a change of table because the table is near the counter and kitchen which is noisy and uncomfortable. However, one of the waitress said that the restaurant is fully booked. So my wife tried to accept it. However, by 9pm most of the tables are still empty.....only 5 tables were occupied and it was a Saturday night.

The food, we used Scoopon voucher valued at $39.00 plus 1 bowl of rice for $3.00. I reckon the dinner is no value for money. Worst thai food ever in our life as we loved thai food...The barramundi is deep fried and hard as rock. I can feel the hardness in my stomach.

Please be warned, do not have high expectation on the food. But the decoration and environment of the restaurant is quite relax. It is very pity the food doesn't match with the environment which I rated 5 for the ambience, wasteful.

3 hatter restaurant? I am unpleasantly surprised. The dishes were beautifully presented but not up to my expectation. It is not worth the money paid. Vegetarian 4 course menu not worth the $125. I would not recommend it for special occasion as I do not feel the luxury ambience.

Great value for the food. Good bubble milk tea. We have dined there for quite sometimes. Last month we had dinner there and the food is served not hot enough, 1st complained. They microwaved the dish. The fried chicken become soggy. Complained 2nd time, they re-fried the chicken and the chicken turned darker...OMG... they can't be bother to change to newly fried chicken.

Complained 3rd time, the senior staff came and to my disbelief that she just gave the attitude that we complained too much, eat it or leave. At the end, she just asked whether we want the dish, we said no. She just took it away without even apologising, I should rate the service to "0"! Is that how you treat a paying customer?

Used to a nice spot for a cheap and decent meal. After this experience, we'll never dine there again.
