To's has nearly the closest to what I can find back in Singapore. And from someone that just recently came over from Singapore, I'm sure my taste buds haven't changed. This is one of the few restaurants that have the chilli for the "Hainan Chicken Rice" done correctly. Albeit the chicken meat isn't as tender as what I am used to, and the rice doesn't smell as good as back in Singapore, and the "base" spiciness of their dishes isn't that spicy; you'll forgive them for being a business and therefore having to "dumb down" the strong flavours a teeny bit to cater to the general Aussie market. Of course, chilli is free for you to add to your food to further spice it up to your liking!

You'll also feel right at home with most of the very friendly staff.
Throw in the reasonable prices (compared to some other restaurants that serve similar quality food but at much higher prices), and you'll soon be a frequent customer like I am!
