The coffee was good but that is where it stops. I am trying to think of something, anything good to say about the breakfast I ordered this morning - but I am blank. It was lazy, unimaginative, bland, way overpriced and a total non event. The service was OK, the atmosphere dull. With the competition of places to eat on Glebe Point Rd I'm happy that some people seem to like this place, but I won't return.

After reading the reviews for Bitton I was expecting good things. I have also purchased many Bitton products and have been impressed. However, after trying this place I can only say "What a disappointment". Not sure what was worse.

Maybe the chewy gum chewing, hungover waitress who found it difficult to function without dropping things, or maybe it was the vapid coffees (really poor), maybe it was the rock hard, tooth chipping cold toast that accompanied an unexciting plate of tomato and goats cheese or the gluggy croque madame with a mess of a salad overpowered by an excess of dressing, or maybe it was the glasses that stank of sulphur. For the price one would expect a lot more.
