We went here on 1/2 price mussel wednesday after two fail attempts at Heritage. Ambience was loud but thats what you would expect with a pub at the front. All in all very hearty food will always come back here as I still haven't sampled all of their beers that have to offer!, for mussel lovers or beer fanatics this is the place to go!.

I assume this place is new in chinatown as we were one of 3 tables in the entire restaurant on a friday night. We ordered 5 dishes all up costing around $130 for the two of us so was fairly over priced as we didn't have anything special. Lamb was pretty nice but once again wasnt worth. I will probably only return if they drop the prices as I don't mind trying other items on there menu.

For $55 this is a place thats well worth the try, you could can see they did put the effort into making the dishes although not much ambience I reckon but it is great value for money. Nice wine selection. Walked pass the private dining area to go to the toilet and must say the private dining is a bit bland in decor. But overall will return there again!

This is a must try place if your into thai. Although there is always a queue its worth the wait. The ambience is spot on and the staff are always friendly, we always come in a group of 4-6 so we can order a variety of dishes to share, although service is a bit slow especially if you're sitting upstairs its still ok compared to other places around.

We had dinner here few months back and gosh was it shocking. We ordered just a few dishes nothing fancy one dish particular was the peking duck. Since there was only three of us they didn't bother cutting a whole duck in front of us instead brought out the cut pieces on a plate with prawn crackers and done all the placing of duck in pancake and sauce etc.. we really weren't paying attention to the waiter but when he finished I opened my peking duck to add more sauce and what do I see to my surprise, a dead fly sitting inside the sauce.

I told the waiter and all he did was take it away and asked " so, do you want another one?" not one apology from the waiter or the senior staff, a restaurant which I will never return to ever again!

Been coming to Sapporo for well over five years now, normally go once every two months and I just love the food. Sashimi and sushi's always fresh. Although menu might be a bit limited and food does come at a snails pace when there packed all in all its a restaurant I still take my friends and family there always.

With all the japanese restaurants now in Sydney Sapporo is still one I would rate highly for a casual dinner!

Went there for the first time after reading mixed reviews here. Where there was not much ambience the food made up for that. Had three pastas and one pizza and a salad between the three of us and I was more than full. Although the Ravioloni Polpette serving was a tad small the pizza smelt and looked great!

Seemed a bit cramped sitting downstairs with a small table shared by three but seeing a group of five sharing the same size table I guess it made me feel a bit better. I will return for the occasional pasta but maybe next time will ask if they can serve it as a main. All up.
