We live locally and decided to support local business and come to this place, what a mistake that was!

The food was tasty with the exception of the salt and pepper calamari which was cold and soft. The service was rubbish and whilst the restaurant was quite full, they only had 4 trolleys operating so everyone had to wait.

Also their receipt at the end is not itemised so I don't know what I was paying for, at just under $90 for 2 people, I thought it was a bit expensive when comparing it to yum cha restaurants in China Town.

The thing that really Annoyed Us was due to the fact that we did not have and tea and couldn't charge us $4 per person, they wanted to charge us $1 per sauce (2 x chilli) and actually said that to us!

I couldn't care less about the $2 but this was extremely petty which makes me think how petty are they in terms of quality of food etc. We are definitely not going back. I'd rather go to yum cha somewhere else and enjoy the district views as well.

I had the souffle tartlet for entree, quite salty that diminished all the other flavours of this dish but this was not as disappointing as the main of slow braised pork belly.
The meat look liked it had been quickly cooked, was full of that white yukky fat just below the rind that I had to scrape off, very tasteless and very disappointing.
The only saving grace was dessert, the creme brulee which was quite good.

In all, its a couple of hours that I will never get back and I was better off going to the local take away restaurant. Went to somewhere else the next night, now that was an impeccable dining experience.

I'm never one to give a 10/10, however, here is the exception, the pok belly was sensational and the panna cotta dessert to die for. I can't wait to go back!
