I quite like this Nasi Lemak dish, the Beef Rendang which was the hero of this classic Malaysian dish was flavoursome and juicy tender but my only concern was not having enough of the condiments on the side to go with, I definitely need more of them especially those fried anchovies, they are just so addictive and the best companion ever.

We actually really enjoyed our dinner for tonight, we had a nice entree and main meals but we didn't end the night on the high with the yummy desserts, which is quite a shame.

A world's renowned Japanese restaurant chain and one of them is proudly housed in Crown Melbourne.

The star from the whole menu would be Yellow Tail Tartar with Wasabi Soy. Ultra fresh and finely minced Yellow Tail fish served with the hit of wasabi soy that gives them more depth in flavour and a touch of caviar to finish the dish. It's just soo irresistibly delicious.

They also have a few nice desserts like: Satandagi buns filled with pistachio and chocolate ganache then served with caramelized pistachios, berry coulis and almond ice creams. Satandagi are sweet deep fried buns with the dough similar to doughnuts and it is originally from the Japanese prefecture of Okinawa. The buns itself were light and the filling just oozed out from the inside and it blissfully pairing with the berry coulis and almond ice cream.

Here we are at Mist's Diner, a very 60th and oh-so-American like diner's decor complete with Elvis photos and a classical juke box. Not only the food here is full on American style but the ambiance too, make you feel like you are actually sitting in one of the cafe in L.A.

The burger was super huge and massive. A tower of soft bun with enormous patty, cheese, bacon, lettuce, caramelised onions, egg and pickle on the side also loaded with classic sauce! You kinda need two hands or a help from the fork to handle this Hercules burger and plz open the biggest jaw ever to take a bite of all components in one go. For me, this is what a truly burger should be.

I was totally impressed by their minimalist decorating style and love the ambience there too, pretty simple yet so elegant. The place wasn't as big as I have expected but the dining room was so cozy with the lighting that was pleasantly calming and be a nice contrast against the rustic bricks wall behind it.

The food was unbelievably good and creative. If you are looking for the great dine out which not going to damage your wallet. Please give this Foveaux a go.

This is one of the most authentic and also my favourite Japanese restaurant in Sydney. The brilliant thing with their ramen, I'd noticed is actually comes from the broth, its amazingly thick, full of flavour and so addictive, also their roast pork is tender to the max and merely melt in my mouth.
