We went to this restaurant for lunch at about 2 pm on a weekday. This is definitely one of the better Thai restaurants that I've been to in Canberra. The service was prompt and very friendly, but keeping in mind we were the only patrons there at the time. We ordered Pad Thai, Green Curry, Som Tum salad, and Duck stir fry. The dishes were all very tasty, the flavours were authentic and correctly balanced. The prices are reasonable, and we were very happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend it.

As far as Turkish food in Canberra goes, this place is an institution when it comes to the food and value for money. I don't think I've ever had Turkish food as tasty as the food at Yarralumla.

The bread is always hot and fresh out of the oven, the kebab-skewers are tender and succulent and the pides are delicious. The value of the place is amazing. My friends and I come here regularly and we pay $18 pp for a huge banquet, and there is always extra food left over.

However, the layout and ambience of the restaurant are very much like a Take-away, so if you're after a romantic dinner or fancy settings then it isn't the place to be. Otherwise, I'm a regular customer here.
