Good venue, nice decked outside area, perfect for a Sunday afternoon meal. Service ok even though you have to go and place your food order at desk and then go to the bar to get drinks, food average plus, good specials board, seemed a little expensive but I would go again.

I cannot honestly believe how bad the service is here. I am stunned that there was anyone there eating at all. I actually saw a senior male member of staff shouting at a customer, clearly a non english speaking holiday maker but she knew she was being yelled at. Disgusting. The food wasn't so bad though, I had a gourmet pizza and my friend had a parma, which was massive!

One drink at the beginning of the meal but not a sniff of another one, no staff contact after we had the food plonked infront of us. We wanted to take away our left overs but after waiting for 30 minutes for someone to approach our table, and waving like idiots to try and get someones attention we gave up and left. What a real shame that what could be a great place for a local or visitor to eat is ruined by its service staff.

This place has everything you could want from a pub except the food! Great beers, good bands, good staff but absolutely awful food, a big let down. How they can mess up a parma (plastic cheese and tinned toms) is beyond me! Please fix the food situation and I will be back - regularly!

Don't seat outside if you want to be served without having to flag someone down, everytime you want to order anything! Food average but fine for a pre movie feed.
