I love hotpot, it's so easy to eat and so much fun when you have a friend whos never done it before. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was a fullhouse. The chicken soup broth was delicious, I could drink the soup just on its own. We should have ordered the 'mild' spicy soup cause even the 'normal' spicy soup caused many ppl on the table to have runny noses.

It was spicy but it was still good. We ordered a variety of everything (seafood, beef, chicken, quail eggs, vegies, beancurd, tripe etc). You definitely have to order their special shancheng sauce or garlic and sesame oil sauce, it gives everything a good kick. Will definitely be returning!

Despite the negative reviews below, I actually had a good time while singing and pigging out on Jap food. The food I admit is mediocre, however, the food comes out really quick served by friendly japs. The rooms are pretty and installed with great technology. I've had enough of the old style karaoke bars out there.

What I really like to complain about is the lack of sauce provided when sushi is ordered or gyoza or anything really that needs some kind of sauce. And also I went in with about 20+ ppl so you can imagine how much food was ordered. I believe the waitresses should also remove the empty plates everytime they bring new dishes in. Other than that the alcohol list was good, the cocktails are strong and I really enjoyed the variety of songs available.

Loved the food, loved the service and absolutely loved the decor. Every waiter was at least 55+ yrs and over and was quite knowledgeable and as sophisticated as you can get. I had the angel hair spaghetti with lobster, a friend had the duck and it was so juicy and tender. We had the oysters for entrees and they were fresh. Bread was served at the beginning which helped calm the hungry stomachs on the table. Would love to return shortly again.

I absolutely love the chicken dishes from CeCi. The sweet and spicy chicken is delicious. I always end up ordering the kimchi soup, its hot and its spicy. Their kim chi is made really well, alot of korean places overload the salt and its unbearable. The restaurant is always packed and the food comes out really quick. Service is friendly and attentive, the restaurant is quite small but there is a certain comfort about the place.

Love crust pizza..! This would have to be my closest store and the service is horrible! Every person who takes my order is grumpy, however ,my pizza is always delicious so that is what I'm really there for. My favourite pizza will have to be the italian sausage calzone (folded pizza), it really hits the spot!

Found this restaurant with the Urbanspoon application on the Iphone and thought lets give it a go. We ordered 4 dishes to take away and if you pick it up you get 10% off your bill. The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. My favourite dish was the crispy King prawns cooked in thai red wine sauce (Goong Ob Lauw Dang). There was plentiful prawns in the dish and they were fresh! The chicken green curry was a bit too runny for my liking, I like my curry quite thick in texture but the flavour made up for it.

The chicken pieces were fresh and not those types you get from chinese restaurants where they have been coated in baking soda to make the texture soft. It's a fantastic find and the added bonus will be the free delivery if you spend over $20.

I went to Alio based on the reviews and it didn't disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious, tasty and simply just melted in my mouth. The lady who took our orders was very knowledgeable on the menu and as she explained many of the dishes our mouths were already watering. Because we had to order minimum two dishes each cause of our large group we shared alot of the entrees and desserts.

I love the thought of their ever changing menus and you get to read other reviews on dishes you want to try as well. A special mention for these dishes, twice cooked pork belly, fettuccini and king prawns, risotto and soft centre choc pudding. These dishes were the highlight of the night!

Although the food was terrific, I can't seem to understand why apart from the lady who took our orders the rest of the waiters/waitresses were snobby and lacking in simple manners. I tried to flag one down as he walked past me and he shook his head and walked off (this is the guy who serves behind the bar as well), now that is something to complain about.

Honestly expected more from this place since its situated with great views. The food was average, I would have thought the fish and chips were going to be tasty but was quite dull and boring. Even the salad is served with glad wrap intact. It took forever to order drinks and no one from the bar even knew how to make shots! Fairly priced for location and views but for quality of food definitely not worth it.

There were so many dishes to choose from so we took the easy way out, the banquet ($69 pp)! It was a terrific choice as we got to try a good variety of dishes, (pork and eggplant, shredded chicken with garlic and onion, fried squid, hapuka fish fillet, more pork (sweet and sour with chilli), wagyu brisket, broccolini and then dessert). The food is so fresh and there is definitely alot of spices in it.

It is such a cute find, the lighting is dim and quite romantic actually. Love the way they have fitted this place, the menus look funky and the service is top notch. I highly recommend!

Have always wanted to try this place because people keep raving about it and it still amazes me that there is always a long line everytime. We thought we could get a seat for two easily on a Sunday at 8:45 pm and yet we still had to wait. In saying that the wait was definitely worth it, watching the chefs flip the roti was very entertaining.

We ordered two mains, two rotis and half a dozen of chicken satay sticks, it worked out to be about $45. The food was delicious and such great value. I recommend the Roti Planta (butter roti) cause the Roti Canai (original) is way too dry. You will have to order the chicken satay sticks, the sweet dipping sauce goes really well with it.

The lamb curry was tender and succulent, however, abit too luke warm for my liking. We also ordered nasi lemak, it was yummy but had wished we didn't order it and left more tummy space for more roti! Will be back to try all the desserts!
