My partner and I walked into this place a few months ago - looks great from the outside - and sat down at a table. We were disappointed once we looked at the menu to find that there was pretty much nothing to our liking on it!! No meat eg. bacon/eggs benedict. We decided to order a "charity" coffee and then go elsewhere, particularly when we heard the lady at the table next door complain about her toast - not toasted or even warm!! And not nice bread!!

Another couple walked in, looked at the menu and left - clearly equally unimpressed!! Who only knows what the 10 staff we saw in the kitchen were doing as there were about 2 tables of people in the place. They certainly weren't making hot coffee - which arrived lukewarm and substandard! Will be staying away.

My partner and I love this place and it is our regular Saturday morning breakfast haunt. Amazing sandwiches, great coffee and fabulous fresh juices. Great value for money - the servings are huge. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to have a chat. Definitely recommend this place - though how they whip up such yummy food in their tiny kitchen is a mystery!!

Seriously one of the worst meals my partner and I have had in ages. Firstly, the penne with meatballs that we ordered came out as spaghetti and had a grand total of two meatballs!!!! The chicken fettucine in cream sauce tasted just like that overcooked pasta mixed in with a cup of cream - el blando.

The waiter didn't speak English, totally overpriced also. Will be staying well clear and how these people won Sydney Italian restaurant of the year I have no idea but if this is the best I will steer well clear of the others!!!
