Service wasn't great for an early sunday night. Food was brought out lukewarm. Took ages to get anyones attention to clear our table and order desserts. The outdoor area is lovely but it does seem the staff forget you when you're out there.

Went after reading reviews here and was not disappointed, food was fresh and authentic, staff were polite. It was very busy on a weeknight and lots of young children about. As for meal sizes I don't think I've ever been to japanese and left with a full stomach. We had to order extra rice after we had our mains to fill up.

Lots of variety food is fresh and above average.servings are on the smaller side. Gets very busy on weekends with very long queues.

We enjoyed eating at Vincents. The meals were fresh and tasty and the mood was warm and welcoming. Good value and variety.

While the food is generally fresh and cooked to order the service is slow and almost every time something has been forgotten from my order or there is a big variation from what is described in the menu. The greek salad did not have any cheese on it and the lettuce was not cos. Nonetheless I still go for the convenience and alfresco area, they seem to have a constant staff turnover which explains the below standard service.

If it is your standard chinese fare you are after you will be Ok here. It was very average but edible. The ambience is great and service was excellent.

We had home made quiches and they were lovely. The lack of service was terrible. Talk about too many cooks spoil the broth! There were about 5 people in the kitchen and no one at the front. I had to wait half an hour to get my coffee. Oh dear.

Ok. The view is splendid outside and the inside is very unusual but inviting. The service left a little to be desired. The meals were ok but for the price you expect a certain standard of service. It is a shame as I would love to go back simply for the location but I don't want a repeat experience of poor service. It was early evening very quiet and we were ignored for most of the time while the staff all chatted in a group inside. We had to keep going and asking for drinks, to order etc because no one would bother coming to us.

Absolutely brilliant in every way, puts other greek joints to shame! amazing value, service and quality could not fault in any away. Everything was perfect, we will be regulars!

Just 2 of us on saturday night at 8:30 pm. Line was out the door, it was a long wait but we hoped worth it. We were disappointed, very limited offerings as the staff were too busy keeping on top of the take away orders.
