The Tox is my local, but I will not go back there until they remove the Bison's head from above the bar. Discussing this with staff, it emerged that they had received many complaints in the first week and the staff were unimpressed. I went there this evening but the head of this endangered animal was still there. I will not return, my friends and family will not return and I will happily bad-mouth the Toxteth Hotel in Glebe until it is gone.

I love LMC. They have changed hands a couple of times recently, but the food has stayed high quality, and the family running it now are very friendly.

My big issue with them? Why aren't they open more of the time?!?!?! Hands down best breakfast/brunch/lunch place in the area.

It was interesting going here having very recently been in Korea. We had seafood pancake, a tofu dish and something I can't remember but was tasty for starters, then moved on to barbeque with chicken, prawns and bulgogi (beef). The meat was all good quality, and the charcoal cooking just like in Korea.

There was one small thing, in that the flavours aren't as...well...BAM as in Korea, but on the other hand the meat is leaner, etc etc, and caters more to the Australian market (and perhaps they took one look at us and went light on the gochujang).

A couple of comments have mentioned the service, and while it isn't overly attentive or the best in Sydney, everyone was pleasant, and thanked us quite genuinely when we left.

PS We're going again tonight to introduce my Mum to Korean food, so that says it all.

Ok, so it's not a fancy schmansy place, but who wants that? You know what you're getting with the Lansdowne, good, cheap pub food (yay for $5 meals!), and a nice place to hang with the mates. Lovin it.

Food very nice but new wait staff meant it was at times somewhat slow. The food, particularly the beef fillet, was absolutely delightful. The ambience is delightfully quaint, very relaxed and happy.

Local cafe in Homebush shops providing a cheap and easy meal. Variety of pizzas that are tasty and come in two sizes. Iced chocolate, mocha or coffee are to die for, and virtually a meal in themselves.

Great night - especially thanks to the belly dancer and hens party for providing endless amusement. Huge amount of food, all tasty, and very amusing waiters.

Food to die for, and if you get the function room, it is a truly memorable experience. The service is friendly an efficient, though at times a little forgetful. A memorable evening.

If Indian food is your cup of tea, this is a must-try venue. The ambience of the restaurant is minimal, but the food gorgeous. A 'pick-up' meal is certainly a goer here.
