Excellent coffee, great smooth flavour, made very well, not too hot. Sometimes the 'piccolo latte' is not so piccolo. But fantastic coffee. Good food too. Lovely fresh bread, a range of egg breakfast options, pastries, sandwiches, salads, soups. All very good.

Nicely decorated inside, very good use of a small space. And comfortable outdoor seating as well. Hard to decide which is better, the very friendly service or the coffee. I'll have to go back again, and again, and again, before I decide!

I have to agree with the previous reviews - the guys here are super friendly, always smiling and flirting. (In fact that may well be part of the business plan.)

This cafe has changed many times over the last decade, originally run by an adorable little Italian family and they made some of the best coffee in Sydney and simple but delicious Italian food.

Nowadays the music is great but the decor is shabby, the coffee is sub-par (skilled baristas but the beans are flavourless and then often over-roasted and burnt) and the food is dull - there is nothing on the menu that you couldn't make better at home yourself. The saving grace is that although they don't serve Sydney cafe quality food, they don't charge for it either - it is very good value.
