The fresh fish was Delicious! Very soft and tasty. It was very quiet when I went (Sunday evening) so the service was attentive. Unfortunately, the Vietnamese pancake was pretty bad. Prices were very cheap, but this is normal for Vietnamese restaurants.

Best thing about this place is the food and ambience. It has a great lively atmosphere and the decor is new and modern. Food is tasty (although I suspect MSG has a bit to do with it), but not cheap. It does have a waiting line most of the time but if you go for a late dinner you should be able to get a table straight away.

Had dinner here and everything was going alright, good Thai food with reasonably prompt service despite it being a full house. That is until we received the bill and saw we were overcharged on the dessert. Showed them the menu which printed a different price. They told us the price had gone up but the menus didn't reflect it yet. They actually had the nerve to argue about paying the "new price". Bad bad service, will never come here again. Also it's overpriced.

Came here for lunch, service was good and it was not too busy. Unfortunately, the risotto and prawn dish I had was completely bland. The grilled salmon was good with crispy skin but was served with bland pasta. The decor is a little mismatched, definitely not classy, but it's comfortable. The teas were nice but I would not go here without a discount voucher.

Love eating here for the fast service and the grilled salmon and scallops made fresh to order. The hand rolls are also yummy and made to order. They changed their prices from $2.80 per dish to $3 though so it's a tad more expensive now. And the soft shell crab is not as good as it used to be. But the staff are friendly and always on hand to take orders. The sitting in a trolley comment about the stools is completely true!

Very disappointing experience. I went for the dinner seafood buffet cruise on a Saturday night and it was packed. There were about 100-150 guests on board and my table was about 10 cm away from the table next to us.

With so many guests on board the line for the buffet was quite long (I was lucky enough to be one of the first tables to be called to help ourselves but the unlucky ones had to wait about 5-10 minutes in line).

The food was nothing special with the only fresh seafood being prawns and oysters. The rest of the food was the same as what you would find in a food court.
The ambience was ruined by the fluro white lights and aluminium tables. It really made me feel like we were eating in a food court! It was only after dinner that the fluro white lights were turned off and there was some mood lighting.

Overall it wasn't the nice romantic dinner I was expecting and I feel like I paid too much for what I got.

Had a pleasant dinner at the Grace Cafe on a Thursday night. The restaurant was 2/3 full but still had a nice and quiet atmosphere. The service was professional and attentive.

The food was pretty good especially the lamb cutlets which were tender and juicy. Not so lucky for my partner who ordered them cooked medium but they came out more on the medium rare side.

Only other fault was the 1.5% surcharge for credit card payments, also meals are a little on the pricey side, but overall a good dining experience.

My partner and I have been to this restaurant twice in the past year and both times have been rudely turned away by the maitre d'. The first time was understandable as the restaurant was busy and we did not have a booking, although being yelled at and having the door slammed in our faces wasn't excusable.

We tried again a few nights ago, it was 7:30 on a quiet Sunday night with only a handful of people dining, but when we asked the maitre d' if we could have a table for 2, she flatly said 'no' as though we had made an absurd request, and it was only after we stood there for a moment stunned that she said 'problem with the chef'.

We don't believe that being turned away twice is a coincidence, it's quite evident she just did not want to serve us. Either way, we will not bother trying to come here again next time we visit Leura, as there is a perfectly nice restaurant across the street (Silk's Brasserie) with warm service and good food.
