Awful food, we came with an Ouffer voucher and won't be back. The antipasto plate was had stale bread and dry hummous, the wasabi for the sashimi plate had no flavour.
The mains of the seared tuna and kingfish fillet were awful. The fish were cooked as if they were a piece of steak. The accompanying veges were swimming in a pool of oily vegetables, half of which already featured on the antipasto plate (marinated capsicum and olives). The broccolini was deep fried. No sauce on the fish. Upside was the friendly service!

I live nearby and this morning was reminded why I never go there for my takeaway coffee. It takes so long. The girl making it seems busy, but she needs a new system to get the coffees out quicker (or they need to hire another barister). I could see seated patrons asking about where their coffee was, plus lots of people standing around waiting a long time for their takeaways too. I won't be back for a while (and I suppose a lot of others will be turned off too).

Not a bad little local place. Take-away chicken rolls are great. In terms of sit-down meals, make sure you order the Vietnamese, not chinese dishes, eg. pho, rice vermicelli, grilled pork (pretty good!). Great value.

Love this place, can't wait to go back! Coffee is good too. Had the Victorian Eggs, didn't really like the chilli in it, but my friends' meals looked divine. Raspberry chocolate brownies are beautifully moist and the muffin tops are such a great idea, have to try one next time. Great quirky decor, lovely staff and quick service. In a lovely setting opposite a park, easy to find parking too!

Food is ok but quite expensive. If it wasn't for the Entertainment Card I'm not sure I'd come back, 4 king prawns for $24! Sangria was magnificent though. Service is a not bad, the manager is very welcoming. When we arrived with our booked table not ready, he gave us complementary olives and roasted paprika almonds. Olive bread is fantastic.

Went for a my birthday meal this year and it was fantastic. Thought it was a bit silly with the menu in Italian, but the impeccable service and friendly waitress (with super memory) made it all worthwhile. Our party of 5 shared everything so it made it better being able to try most things. Desserts were divine, particularly the mint pannacotta! With wine it only came to about $60 per head (but we're smallish eaters), can't wait to go back!
Make sure you try and get a private table at the back of the restaurant.

The coffee seems good, but, unfortunately, they use stinky soy milk. Won't be back.

They've changed their soy milk to the stinky brand. I won't be going here anymore for coffee.

One of my pet peeves, places that write their own reviews. Anyway, had a takeaway coffee, glad there are more cool cafes around Marrickville now. Soy milk was well frothed, however, coffee was bitterly and disappointingly burnt. Not good when they market themselves as people that "care about coffee". Will come back to try the food though and maybe give the coffee another go.

Service was atrocious, came here for father's day dinner and at first the waitresses seemed really friendly and attentive but towards the end of the night our arms were about to fall off from all the waving. Really don't understand how waitresses don't realise they are there to serve customers instead of going into their own lala land cleaning empty tables.
Having said that though, the food was actually quite good. The seafood risotto excellent, the desserts not bad. One other thing though which is off-putting about this restaurant are the fake reviews they're posting here giving themselves super high ratings. Don't do it please because it's so obvious and makes the restaurant look really bad.
