Went to Subsolo last night and even though it was Friday night and very busy the service was friendly and attentive. Food was just ok with each of our Tapas dishes having something not quite right. Either the condiment, cooking or the produce. At the price I'd expect each dish to have a 'wow' factor - which they didnt. The restaurant is pleasant enough for a Sangria and Tapas. Suitable date venue I think. I'd go back to try the Paella.

I had lunch at Dalat today. Vermicelli noodles with Grilled Pork and Spring Rolls. I liked they had lots of veg in the dish but the pork could have been crispier. It would be pretty hard to fail at this dish and it was fine but not as good as the one I had in Marrickville this week (which was cheaper). I'd go back.

I've had Pho a few times and I really don't understand the reverence for this particular dish. Its noodle soup for god sake! The meal was fine. Soup was tasty. Meat was tender. Just like every other time I've had it.

Overall pretty ordinary meal here. Setting is obviously nice, beautiful Centennial Park is spread all around you. I had the Mezze Plate. The Lamb meatballs were slightly undercooked and tasteless. The Tziki or whatever dip it was was watery. The fritata was under cooked. The 'homemade' Turkish bread was ok! I might go back for breakfast and trust them with bacon and eggs but that's about it.

Had breakfast here and enjoyed it. Scrambled eggs were cooked well, they included some cheese on Sourdough toast. I had smoked salmon on the side and the coffee was fine. Would go back for sure.

Very disappointing meal here. I paid $18 for a Wagyu Burger that had a lump of meat that only covered half the bun, some rocket and aioli. The fries were drenched in salt and were inedible. Treat warily.

I like the vibe of this place. The simple open air style feels a bit like a Mexican McDonald's. I had a Burrito and had to wait 20 minutes (!) it seems someone had phoned through a large order prior to me or they were very disorganized. I was slightly annoyed as I should have been in and out in 20 minutes and not waiting for my food.

The food is so simple its hard to go wrong but my pork had been boiled to an inch of its life and had no flavor at all. Thankfully I heaped some Tabasco and jalapenos for flavor. The wholemeal tortilla was fresh but $15.50 for a Burrito and soft drink does not represent good value, you pay extra for gauc and wholemeal. I'd go back simply cause I like mexican food.

I had brekkie here. Coffee was good. I had an omelet with Chorizo, Fetta, Basil and Tomato. The omelet although huge was watery and I was actually expecting fresh basil - alas - all I got was a few basil sprinkles. Service was quick and attentive. I'd go back but I might stick with eggs and bacon.

I had a Gado Gado and rice for lunch and it was tasty and filling. I'd go back to this place. (btw - they have proper plates and cutlery).

Been going here for years and the food, service and ambience is always spot on. Can't say I have a favourite dish, I usually have a thai curry and always leave satisfied.
