Food was nice but not amazing. We ordered vegetarian dishes which were overpriced for what you get. We didn't like the booth section as we felt very far away from each other. I won't be returning here any time soon as there are better tapas restaurants.

Dined here with 4 others last night. We got the vegetarian banquet which was very delicious and good value. I would happily recommend Neelam and can't wait to return to try the other dishes.

The highlight of this restaurant is the food. From entree, through to main and onto dessert everything tasted delicious. The entrees were just the right portion to start off a delicious meal, the beef wrapped pancetta was cooked to perfection and the soufflé is to die for (esp in winter). Soffritto is a great place to enjoy a great meal. Can’t wait to go back.

I was really disappointed by our meal at Chilli Jam. We ordered the mushroom stir-fry and the tofu laksa.

The food took a while to come out. The mushroom stir-fry was nice but not amazing. However, the biggest let down was Raw onion eww! And the laksa was meh. It was ok, but didn’t taste like an authentic laksa I've had at other establishments.

We then ordered the palm sugar cake, advising we had to leave shortly when we were ordering. She advised that it would be about 10 minutes which suited us. Several minutes had passed and we went to ask the waitress where our dessert was but before we could say anything she snapped '2 minutes'. The palm sugar cake looked like a children’s birthday cake with sprinkles and topping and chocolate chips. It looked funny but it didn’t taste nice.

The food and the service is the biggest let down here. There are so many other Thai restaurants that offer better food. I wouldn't come back.

We also had the voucher. Yes it is not what we expected but nonetheless it was good food. We were given the vegetarian entree tasting plate and we chose the meat main tasting plate. We happily finished all the food!

The downfall was that we were not treated the same as other diners who were paying full price. We noticed this straight away as we were asked to wait while our table was being prepared while a couple who came in after us were directed to their table immediately. They also brought out our mains before we had finished our entrees. That was annoying and a reminder that yes we were not paying full price.

I wouldn't go back as there are better places to eat for the same price.

Wow I love this place. Everything about it is perfect. Great food (and plenty of it), service is top notch and room is cosy in winter! I dined here on sat night with 3 others. We were running about 2 hours late and they were very accommodating.

For entree we ordered the betel leaves, BBQ octopus and crab spring roll. The betel leaves were the best I’ve ever had! The BBQ octopus was so soft and the spring roll was so nice and delicate.

For mains we ordered the ChooChee Prawns, Special Whole barramundi with green apple salad, Special seafood Volcano (awesome theatrics. I don't want to go into much detail so as to keep it a surprise) and Soft Shell crab. All the dishes were amazing. I couldn’t choose a favourite. All 4 of us walked out very happy.

I have been here twice now for work lunches and on both occasions food was really tasty.

On the first occasion I went, we got the banquet which was very good value. For Entrée each person gets a lamp chop, an Indian style Kofta and something else which I don’t remember. They were all tasty and decent sizes. For mains there was a large variety of curries as there was a big group of us. We got naan and rice to accompany our mains with plenty of food left over.

My second experience was also delightful. I got the Goanese prawn curry which is really delicious and didn’t feel so heavy and oily when I was eating it.
The only point that lets this place down is ambience during the day as it is very quiet. But I'm sure if this was for dinner it would be lively.

I really like this place and would definitely recommend it to others.

This place is not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Its obviously not hurricanes but it does the job. I dined with 6 friends last night as we had a $15 all you can eat voucher. I was very hesitant after reading the reviews here.

However, when we got there we realised that the place was buzzing filled with a range of people. It felt more like an American diner than a restaurant with the booths down the centre of the restauramt. To my surprise the food was decent, as was the complimentary bread and butter and we all left full and satisfied. I wouldn’t go if I had to pay full price because there are better alternatives but definitely value for money at that price. Try it out for yourself. You will be pleasantly surprised

I went here on a Thursday night and tried to get there as early as possible so we didn’t have to wait for a table. I didn’t like how we had to share a table with another 2 couples. We felt cramped and rushed but this wouldn’t stop me from eating here.

We ordered a lot of food for 2 people including the dumplings (2*8 pork & 1*4 prawn and pork) pork and rice, chicken and noodle soup and drinks. We loved everything except for the noodle soup with the chicken as the soup was Very plain. It actually had no flavour. All it needed was some ginger, soy and chilli and it would have been really nice. Apart from that everything was very delicious especially their dumplings which are the best and Strawberry juice is soooo yum.

Can’t wait to go back and try the prawn and pork wontons they smelt amazing as everyone around us had ordered these.

Usually one of my faves but went a week ago and ordered the whole fish . Was so bad there was not meat in it just bones. Its like they fillet the fish and give you whats left of it . Very disappointed.
