This is a great restaurant if you know what to order, thank god for eatability reviews!

Three of us had lunch yesterday and we only had to wait about 30 minutes for our table, this was fine as we were able to sit in the bar and peruse the menu, drink some fine house wine and watch as people came and went.

After reading the reviews we thought we would skip and 'hard' pasta dishes. We did, however, share the recommended meat plank and squid with the yummy 'very garlicky' aioli.

Our waiter was fantastic and professional considering all 200 seats must have been occupied. Next time we may have time to try some of the other appetizers. We couldn't work out why after all the reviews about the pasta that somebody from Jamie's entourage hasn't paid heed and fixed the issues.

I went with three friends on Monday night. We had a lovely table with a fabulous view of the harbor and bridge.

The service started well but I do object to the two sittings - 6 or 8:30. We had to fill in time before the 8:30 sitting at another venue as there is no bar at Ripples.

The zucchini flowers arrived soggy with oil and the tempura prawns likewise. My main gripe, however, is, that considering we had to arrive no earlier than 8:30, at 10 when we were still eating our mains we were asked whether we would be ordering coffee as they were disassembling and cleaning the machine. The staff then started stacking the chairs and taking tables that were not occupied out of the restaurant.

By 10:30 we felt we had to leave as no waitstaff had approached us since 10 as they were busy removing all the furniture. If you are a tourist who wants the view and doesn't mind being rushed out by 10:30 then this is probably the restaurant for you.

A great lunch at Lavender Blue. Fabulous sunny sydney day with a table spilling out into the sunshine. The menu is absolutely spot on that it was difficult to decide what to narrow the choice. Pork belly great and fabulous salads.

Fabulous find! The pork belly was unbelievable and the chef transformed what could have been an ordinary pumpkin salad into a wonderful taste sensation. A great cafe for lunch but was looking forward to trying their dinner small plates, not available during the day. The service was attentive and patient and the customers kept coming.

Our expectations were high for lunch at Ten Minutes by Tractor. Apart from the reviews and the hat, one of our guests had enjoyed lunch here previously. The service was impeccable and of course the meals outstanding. I was impressed with the chef's flexibility in accommodating one of our guests who can't eat any seafood. In fact his meals were so interesting we were all envious.

Fabulous! Our party of four had the best dining experience last night at The Baths. We were apprehensive after reading all the bad reviews, however, looking at the reviews now most are over a year old.

The waitstaff were professional and attentive. We ordered Margueritas that were not on the cocktail list, no problem. One of the guests wanted rice instead of smashed chats with his steak - no problem.

The serves were generous and the wine list extensive and did I mention the View! As the sun went down we witnessed a glorious sunset. This restaurant is spectacular.

In the last month I have enjoyed Friday lunch and two dinners here, each time with different friends but each time it was unanimous - Fabulous Italian food and impeccable but friendly service.

My favorite dish was one of their specials, lightly dusted prawns served with an avocado salsa with just the right amount of chilli. The serving sizes are unbelievably generous and the waitstaff knowledgeable with both the menu and wine list. This is definitely the best restaurant in Mosman.

Disappointing! Our party of 5 adults booked for lunch on Christmas Day and so we thought paying $210 a head would guarantee a reasonable dining experience. Understandably they were busy but as all guests had to pay in full a week before the lunch they should have anticipated the required waitstaff for the numbers of guests.

It was a set menu but we waited 2 hours for our entree and only after I went down stairs to find a waiter did we receive it. Towards the end of the meal an American at the next table had had enough of the lack of service and made a scene. I felt like cheering.

What a fantastic restaurant! A great dining experience!

The waitstaff were attentive, friendly and professional. The menu so interesting and the flavours subtle. Our table ordered the 4 course Soufra that superbly satiated our appetites, very generous servings we had difficulty finishing. One of our party was not a fish eater and the chef accommodated with a separate dish. I cannot wait to revisit this restaurant next time in Melbourne!

Disappointing. Tried to book Monde but being a public holiday settled for the Bistro. A pleasant waitress took our orders but, unfortunately, we had a surly, pompous, unprofessional waiter from then on when we could get his attention.
All our dishes were served with a watery, tasteless side of spinach. The entree sardines on toast was a little pricey at $28.

The decor, however, was pleasant. After enjoying Maha on Christmas eve this restaurant was disappointing but there was little choice on a public holiday.
