Went there with three of us. Sushi rolls were fresh and tasty. Price was reasonable, not overpriced. It's not luxury or romantic restaurant and it's for casual dining/lunch. Some staffs there were nice and polite but one staff was rather blunt. Overall, nice food with reasonable price range and service.

Went there at the end of July and they had $10 lunch set special, which I and my partner ordered. Sushi was fresh. Service is good. My partner ordered Oyster bowl, which was rather small and quite disappointed, which is not obviously up to the standard of the one tried in Miyajima (Hiroshima).

With this lunch special price, it is highly recommended. Without it, it is recommended. Wishing they have special often. The restaurant is full of Japanese (this may give you a good indication). Good place to go back sometime.

(Edit) I revisited twice in late 2011 and Feb 2012, Ovbiously, the price is no longer that reasonable with same good quality, but biggest turn off is serving time after we ordered. It was a Saturday lunch time, which was not that busy but it took almost 15-20 minutes to get all orders ready for both occasion. I remember to see other customers was losing patient waiting for almost same time as ours.

I assume kitchen normally prepare ingredients ready to serve for busy lunch time and I don't understand why reglar lunch takes 15-20 minutes to serve. Disappointed and won't visit again.

Recently renovated and I believe they put their price up slightly. Mainly order steamed items such as buns, dumplings, vegs. They are tasty. Staff is always attentive. Good place to go back until I can find better place with better value.

The restaurant space is with Club/bar area. Floor is red carpeted with a slight musty smell, which reminds me of old 'Snack' bar in Japan. Good lunch with reasonable price. Over the counter, there are many Japanese items which you can spend sometime to enjoy. Shame they don't open on weekends.

Good food with reasonable price. Chefs are obviously Japanese. It's casual dining place. My favourite is Black sesami and Green Tea ice cream. It's excellent desert to finish your dinner. As it's reasonable price, good to return when you are in CBD.

The food was ordinary. We went to this place a few times up until we were arranged to cramp table sharing with other customers where some spilt water on the floor after waiting for a while.

As the customer service is poor and foods here are just nothing but ordinary, we won't go back there. It looks like it's packed by young asian (some Japanese) customers who are not fussy and just interested in 'Japanese' style food to satisfy their hunger. The restaurant space is like a noisy environment like Macdonald's.
