An excellent option for lunch in the vale. It was good after a few cellar doors to be able to kick and enjoy an easy meal and a few beers. Loved the burger here. Very generous in serving.

Although I don't know much about Swiss food I don't think it matters for dining here. The menu has a Swiss corner but offers so much other European/modern Australian fare that there's something for everyone. Mains are all done well. The included sides are all excellent. Special mention to the potato rosti. Definitely a nice venue for a special night out.

Adelaide's best burger easily. It has the perfect amount of meat. I prefer this bread to that used by Burger Theory (not as sweet). Those onion rings are incredible as well. Not an breadcrumb in sight.

This place has a vibrant atmosphere which in itself is worth coming for. Great music which was strong but not overpowering. But that's not all, the food here is amazing. It offers an excellent selection of tapas (try the pumpkin dip (very tasty) and the meat tapas were all succulent). The only complaint I have is that there wasn't much of a dessert selection so I'd suggest filling up on the savouries and skipping dessert. Staff were friendly and made very helpful suggestions on food orders. I'm looking forward to coming back here!

This bar has such a strange atmosphere. It appears chic but feels uninviting (possibly because you look up to see paintings of various forms of SA public transport on the walls). I can appreciate that it is called "gallery" so it needs art but some more discerning art choices might be helpful for creating the right atmosphere.

Drink selection is quite impressive. It has a good wine and cocktails list. The bar isn't too badly priced but that also means that it attracts a young crowd. The staff seemed a bit inexperienced (our food order was messed up, we also felt the need to stick to the basics with our drinks order so as not to confuse the bar staff). Overall, not a bad option for a night out but not on the top of my list of bars to visit.

This place is where the beautiful people hang out on the weekend. It can get a bit noisy because the dining area is right next to Sangria bar but it adds to the atmosphere. There's a solid latin beat playing in the background against bar chatter as you dine in a softly lit (think brooding) area.

Presentation is superb for food (I love the use of slates). Food is very tasty. I loved their beetroot cured trout which was a good combination of soft salty cured trout with the crisp fresh julienned apple and toasted almond. Pizzas were good (better than Pizza Y Mozzarella because the base was tastier, you could taste the garlic! but still doesn't measure up to melt where the base was insanely crisp).

You'd be better off with a yiros from down the street if you've got the late night munchies but if a mildly warm mish mash of meat (I think that's what it is), beans, cheese, and various sauces and salsas is what you want then this place has it. It's not exactly a cheap feed though.

I was underwhelmed by this restaurant. I can't understand why this place is the darling of food bloggers when the sushi is not very good. The sashimi was chewy and the aburi salmon had singe marks on the rice. I prefer somewhere else for Japanese food because of the higher quality. Service was efficient though and the restaurant is very spacious.
