Very enjoyable. Scotch egg was gorgeous. Loved the trout! Green beans with almonds were delicious. Overall the food was great! Service was only ok. Wines & food reasonably priced. One waiter was lovely, the other one was in a bad mood. Telephone is inconveniently located. Loud female owners ? voice ruined the ambience when she was speaking to customers taking bookings over the phone. I could hear her clearly across the other side of the room. I will be back however because the food was great. Probably best food on the north shore.

Divine! Pricey but worth every cent. Enjoyed every single mouthful. Haven't been there for a few years but it was still sensational. Lunch time venue so you can enjoy the view. Will definitely be going back again.

Fairly average really. We were disappointed after having waited so long to get a booking on a Saturday night. Asparagus entree was only ok - a bit greasy. Chicken fricasse was very plain, like something I would throw together at home really. The flavours were just ordinary. French fries were actually thick cut chips that just didn't taste good. We love our fries and chips but didn't even eat these. Fries are better at Psycho Chicken!

Overall the food was just ok. You can get better in a lot of Sydney pubs. I have no idea how they got a Chef's Hat! Something funky going on there! Service was great but won't go back.

Been there a quite a few times now. Went back again the other day and it's consistently good tapas. The dip plate was a little ordinary and there's never enough bread! Even though the food is tasty (we always do tapas) you come away wishing there were some healthier options on the tapas menu. Meatballs are tasty but tiny. Mussels were tasty but way too salty (my partner loves salt but even he thought they were too salty). Haloumi was only ok.

The food was lovely. We ordered about 6 dishes between three of us and they brought Everything out at once! The restaurant wasn't crowded, it was a really late lunch so I'm not sure why they rushed us but it made the whole experience much less enjoyable.

Great little spot for breakfast. Easy to get to, easy to park. My partner and I went there and really enjoyed it. He had a big breakie and ate every mouthful. I had lovely smoked salmon eggs. I hadn't been there for years. I think it has new management now. The staff are quite young but friendly. Coffee was fantastic. Will definitely go back again - there aren't too many really good places for breakfast on the north shore.

The pork ribs in foil are amazing. Really tender, melts in your mouth, great flavour. Duck pancakes were good but the duck was a little dry, but we still really enjoyed them. You just have to ignore the decor.

Exquisitely beautiful location. Lovely accommodation, very friendly staff, restaurant is top quality. Excellent menu, beautifully presented. Probably not so great for singles or families but excellent for couples & honeymooners. Would love to go back again. Highly recommended.

Love the banquet, it's really delicious. Great wine list. Have eaten here many times and keep coming back. Nicely decorated. Most staff are great but sometimes there's a bit of attitude that isn't so welcoming. Regardless we will be back!
