I have been to this Cafe a few times now and at first I was very pleased with the place. However, I will no longer eat there.

I was there a week ago and was enjoying my lunch, when I noticed that I could hear swearing from the kitchen. After listening, I realized that a man (the senior staff I presume, as he always seems to be there) was actually swearing at the staff. The staff are wonderful..! Very kind and polite girls. The great food and polite nature of staff was the main reason why I enjoyed going there, but after hearing the words coming from the senior staff, it made me feel very upset.

I did decide to go back there again and this time I witnessed it once again, but this time it was worse. Shortly after hearing this, I witnessed the senior staff have an argument with another customer. I cannot and will not repeat any of the words that were exchanged. But I know that the argument was due to that customer complaining about the swearing.

The Cafe is meant to be a relaxing and nice place to eat. I hope no one else has to hear this. I feel so sorry for the staff..! (The food is actually very nice).

We work hard to provide the best quality food, and the friendliest service. We don't pretend to be something we are not. The freshest ingredients, simple and tasty menu items, pleasant and fast service, excellent value for money. Ticking a lot of boxes but obviously can't please everyone. Thanks for your feedback.
