We were quite unsatisfied with the service of such a reputable restaurant, the waiters were aloof and did not pay attention to the needs of the customers. The food was pretty all right and I was happy with her selection which is paramount.

I reckon that the experience was a much better one than Mamasita. Even though the place is small and does not have many seatings, it felt like home and the food was prepared from the heart and soul of the chefs busy at work in the 'open' kitchen!

It might be a tad overpriced but every single bite proved its worth to its bits! C’mon, you just have to give this best chocolate macaron in Melbourne 2010 a try, at least once in you lifetime. You will have no regrets, except for the fact that you have to share the lovely ‘little’ thing with your mate…

Naked for Satan is a nice place to hang out with your mates after a long day at work for a drink or two, however, for a decent meal, you will be better off somewhere else. The food is cheap but the standard is hell lot of a roller coaster ride. Another visit, maybe not, unless I am craving for some baguette spread?

It was not as superb as I have expected it to be (top 20 macarons last year and the constant updates!), especially so for Supersized Love. The standard macarons were done in a different way, with the crusts tasting and looking as one which was favoursome! Sadly, I have a small complaint that maybe LB could look into improving: as seen in my last photograph, there were some significant inconsistencies in terms of the size of each macaron and the thickness, including the fillings. To be presentable in a box, be it as a gift or for personal pleasure, presentation is always a key factor!

The cocktails were great for the price you pay but the dessert range was disappointing for such a well-known chain. I remembered trying some of their macarons and chocolate brownie when I first moved to Melbourne. They were terrible in terms of flavour and texture for the macarons. The filling ain’t even creamy! As for the brownie, it was dry and the after taste was just not good.

With the price you pay and the sizeable amount you get, YT2 is definitely a great hangout worth going back. If only they had the tapioca dessert, I will so get one and stuff it down my already full lunch! Maybe I will try some other signature dishes and the famous tom yum soup in the future so as to boost my “resume” on Thai food. Hahah…

Overall, the experience at Ganache Chocolate was not that fantastic, especially with the macarons “crashing” our dessert rendezvous. But I must commend the waitress for her ability to remember all the eleven flavours of macarons that they were serving! Awesome ain’t she?! Another waitress served us cups of warm water once we were seated. Customer service done to perfection! I might return for their chocolate truffles and pralines. Nom nom nom.
