Very disappointed experience there. I went here couple month ago and thought the food was very average and way overpriced for what it is. Wines by the glass starting at $13 I think is way too much for what this place is.

Pig was so oily and cold. Lamb was very tough. It was just such a waste of time waiting for that sort of dishes. Waiter is not so attentive too. I had to wait for a long time for just order food.

I don't really know about food there. Cost more than others but the best coffee in that area. Staff is very friendly and remembers all regular customers name and what they usually order so quickly.

The kitchen staff is weird and pretty rude but waitress are so nice! I love Gyu-Tan and pretty much all meet for Yakiniku here! Only this place has really good liver Sashimi in Sydney for sure!

The food redeems them with high quality, classic dishes. Service is absolutely shocking. My friends were visiting me from overseas, I wanted to take them somewhere nice Restaurant for lunch in Sydney.

We were waiting for the main dish more than one hour and couldn't get waiters attention at all. I had to make a fire on the table or something. I asked the waiter couple of times about our dish because others table were getting food even they came in after us.

The waiter was always looked like 'I Don't care' and he did not apologize... even he forgot threw our order to the kitchen (That's why we waited for ages....)

Not always like this but I was very disappointed the day.

I went to this cafe with my boyfriend for breakfast after we played tennis on Sunday. I was very looking forward to try the mushroom dish which my boyfriend likes very much.

We both ordered the dish but we could finished only one serve. My boyfriend asked the waitress if we could have the other portion put in a container and take away. For some reason the waitress took the food away, but disposed of it... hmmm, this was after we had already paid, and didn't even offer a discount. Sure maybe an honest mistake, but I thought common sense would have suggested that a meal pretty much untouched should not be wasted by throwing it in the trash can?

I won't go back ever again because lets face it, service was slow, and not smart. Waitress are not friendly, not smart, rude. There is no service to speak of. It is a shame that they are not at all well trained.

Food is pretty good but service is terrible at this Cafe/Restaurant.
