Needed a sweet treat after dinner last Friday and was told to try Lady Lamington, so glad we did! Jaye, the owner, greeted us like old friends and seated us herself.

The coffee was delightful and the desserts were gorgeous! My friend's affogato came to the table a little later than my cappuccino, which was not a huge drama at all, but Jaye still took it off the bill for us which was completely necessary but very much appreciated nonetheless.

Unfortunately, it was raining so we couldn't take advantage of the rooftop but we were more than happy to stay warm and dry inside on the cute bar stools. Lady Lamington was an adorable accidental find, can't wait to go back on a nice afternoon for a little Veuve in the sun.

Sat at the train for 2 hours and a had a lovely evening sipping on sangria and sampling most of the tapas. The food was hot and fresh, the service was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant itself was clean, fun and atmospheric. My only word of advice is beware of the Tue 2-4-1 deal! If you get 10 plates, they take the 5 cheapest plates off the bill, not necessarily the items of equal value. Oh and desserts aren't included in the offer either.

Overall a delightful experience, though it turned out a bit more expensive than I anticipated so I won't be making it a regular jaunt.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (one of the owners, Lisa, even popped by the table for a quick chat), warm and inviting atmosphere, delicious and well-presented food (I highly recommend the cheese souffle and chili and lime creme brulee), all very reasonably priced! I thoroughly enjoyed my first evening at Bistro Bruno, I will absolutely be back!

Nostos is officially my favourite restaurant in Sydney! The food was amazing (I highly recommend the calamari, the roasted feta and of course the melt-in-your-mouth slow-cooked lamb) and the service was fabulous! We were waited on by the owner who not only keep our table constantly full of hot and fresh food and our wine glasses full of delicious Greek wine, but he also entertained us and made us feel so comfortable, we didn't want to leave!

We ate so much we were close to bursting and our bill still only came to $35 each, and that's with a bottle of wine and a tip! I just can't speak highly enough of this place, do yourself a favour and get down there for a truly memorable dining experience.

I had an absolutely fabulous night at Holy Cow! The restaurant itself is adorable (intimate but not over-crowded), the service was very attentive and friendly, the meals came quick (and HOT!) and the food was amazing (I highly recommend the lamb roganjosh). And it was all so cheap too! Three starters, three mains, rice, naan, raita and a bottle of wine between 4 people cost us only $25 each. I'll most definitely be back.

I absolutely adore Scooterinis, especially the morning after a big night out! The hashbrown stack is delicious and the breakfast bagel is even better! Good service, great location, this is my favourite spot for brunch.

I've been to Bellakai 3 times now and each visit the service has been impeccable, the food amazing and the overall experience thoroughly enjoyable! The waitstaff truly go above and beyond in making you feel exceptionally welcome and are very attentive throughout the meal. The pumpkin-butter is delicious and the seafood platter for 2 is divine (very big portions too!). Absolutely, positively, I recommend this restaurant!

These guys do The Best pumpkin and feta pizza in the World! I was recently overseas and frequently had cravings for it! I've never dined in the restaurant so I can't speak for the service or ambience there but wherever I order a pizza for delivery, it's always arrives quickly and it's always hot and fresh. Very very tasty, excellent size.

I often go to the movies at the Southbank Cinema but I've always walked straight passed this gem of a restaurant. On the weekend, my friend and I only had 40 minutes before our film started so we were concerned we wouldn't be able to squeeze in dinner, but it definitely wasn't a problem at Ginga! Even though it was 7 pm on a Saturday night and very busy, we were greeted warmly, offered seats and served drinks within 5 minutes! We then had a good half an hour to peruse the fantastic selection on the train.

I was absolutely stuffed after 3 plates of delicious, fresh sushi and was even more delighted when my bill (including a glass of wine) only came to $17. Excellent food, excellent service, great value for money, perfect location. I'll definitely be back!

The food here was amazing - hot, fresh & very tasty! but the service was terrible. It took over 20 minutes for them to take our drinks order & once our food arrived, we didn't see our waiter again for about an hour. Our empty, dirty plates stayed on our table for the remainder of our time there & no-one asked if we would like another drink or if everything was alright with our meal.

The restaurant was quite busy for a Thursday night but I can only assume it's the excellent food that keeps bringing people back because it's certainly not the friendly hospitality! In saying that however, I will definitely be returning to the Punjabi Palace - not only to give them another chance to impress me but to also get my hands on some more of those delicious vegetarian Somosas! Yum!!
