I love coming here for pho! Best fill up when you are looking for something big or something to warm you up on a cold day. The staff practically know us as regulars and know what we order each time. They are helpful, fast on their feet and turn over time of the food is brilliant. This is probably the best pho I have had (but I haven't gone out too far since all the other places I have been are terrible and when I want pho, I want good pho!
So I keep going back to Pho Ben). They always seem to have the right number of tables and you never have to wait even when they are packed up. I would recommend staying away during the busy period though as they tend to skimp on the meat or the soup is alot more watery. Other than that, can't wait to go back!

I used to love coming here as a regular for the Sambal Prawns since it was amazing and left you craving for more. Recently it has felt like it is slowly going downhill. Wish it could be better but they seem to turn over so many people these days that it has changed from quality to just plain quantity.
Service is so so, if you catch a waiters attention while they are constantly running around it may still take a little wait as they are still serving x many other customers before you. The area is also a bit cramped and also remember to make a booking or you will be rushed to eat! Wish I could come back but looks like I will have to find another Singaporean/Malaysian place to eat at.

Terrible service, overpriced food, and the most tasteless food I have ever had at Yum Cha. Was a total waste of time. Expected it to be good from how they hype up their store on their website but I shouldn't have expected so much from this RSL. First impressions were after they located us in a tiny corner and they came with the trolley once expecting us to take everything on that one opportunity.
The food seemed like it was circulating for a while, was tasteless and they struggled to find us some sauce. After that, they never came around even though we tried to get their attention. Finally after we complained, a staff came over and asked us what we wanted but when we asked what they had, they had to keep asking other staff since it wasn't their role to know what was being sold.
Terrible terrible service with these 'specialised staff' stuck to one job only and not knowing anything out of their comfort zone. Eventually it felt like they were trying to get rid of us by continuously looking at us since it was 2:15 and they close at 3 pm. Must be running tight then! After all this, they charged us ~$35 for three items since we couldn't order anything else and was frustrated at the service.
My two cents is that I would stay far away from here, there is better Yum Cha at Fortune8 in Cabramatta or travel out to the city which would be well worth the extra travel.

So far, it is the best Yum Cha I have been to as well. The staff are always on their feet and very willing to help and get you something special if you are looking for it. The ambience is quite bleak but the food has that home made taste which makes it so much better than all the other commercial Yum Cha's out there. Glad that this place is hidden a bit in Cabra so then it doesn't become too crowded!

I have nothing to deny about anything said so far! The food is fresh and even though there was barely anything going around at the time we went in (around 4:30) the chef was awfully friendly and way too helpful and was only too happy to offer to make things fresh for us.
The location is weird being hidden in an awkward corner near coles, but at least it keeps the crowd down. The food is fresh and tastes brilliant and the prices aren't anything too bad. The sushi is nothing but great! Will definitely be back really soon! Wish we got free green tea as well, but they seem to have it on a 'plate' now so you will have to pay for it seems.

Hoping for a great birthday for a friend, Cortile Pizza looked great from the outside and the ambience was great out back. This was until we were handed the menus on a wooden clipboard and with other customer's scribbling on them. Putting this aside, we couldn't read the menu as there was no lighting and had to use our phones to light it. The menu was practically empty and the drinks list was only wine or one type of beer.
After this, we requested just water and was just given the option of only Still or Sparkling and taking the assumption still would be for free, we ordered it. The waiter was adamant, and eventually got us the water, filled half the cups before she gave up and left the bottle.
After ordering the food, it took ages before the bland food came out. It would have had better food ordering 5 fast food pizzas for the same cost of one here. The waiter was adamant each and every time we asked for water, and she tried to ignore us and eventually snapped at us when two of us asked.
Eventually we asked for the bill which took ages to come and we were charged $8 a bottle of water. It costs more than buying fuel and why was she so adamant if we were paying for it! After being charged for a dish we didn't order and complaining about the water, the adamant 'waiter' was actually the senior staff and said "pay the bill and get out of my restaurant". Don't expect us back again unless management changes and they get a better menu.

The food here was awful. Hoping something good would come out as they left us waiting for about half an hour, it ended up coming tasteless and overly cooked. The bacon on the pasta was practically char grilled and black. The service was just on par with the food. And the prices for the dishes were way too hopeful for the quality of food given. Won't be back for sure.

The Pastas here have a tendency of generally having alot of cream so its best splitting a dish with someone so you don't get sick of the excessive amounts of cream. Elsewise, the wedges ordered as a starter were great! The serving size was so large that it was enough as a main for me.
Elsewise the service tends to be pretty quick and responsive and always willing to help excluding the staff at the Cashier during lunchtimes. Everytime I have gone to the Sicilian, it has been great until leaving where the cashier is always on the phone and tends to ignore the customers, leaving you waiting there for around 10-15 minutes until they are off the phone.
Will definitely be back, but I will be sticking to something other than the pastas and will keep to the night service.

I went there for a friend's party and was recommended to stay away from the steaks but I thought to myself, "how can they go wrong on steak"...little did I know. Everything was salted excessively! The chips, steak, mushroom sauce and even the caesar salad! Best food presented to us probably had to be the complimentary bread roll.
The service was exceptionally slow and had to ask 5 times for extra chairs. For the things that did require paying for, they were quick and helpful to refill cups and take orders. As we were a big group, it meant taking a table outside. Little did we know that taking a table outside would mean having all the smokers right next to us near the entrance. Luckily they left after not too long.
Don't expect me to be back again unless I want passive smoke and hypertension. Would get a better, more edible meal by pulling over at the service station before Outback Steakhouse and buying a sandwich.
