Please note that Italian Village, Waterfront and Wolfies are owned by the same group. We booked for Italian Village through Dimmi, but were seated at Waterfront. Ok, that's fine, but knowing that they could not provide a table that was requested (We were just given any table, not the Reserved one), that is just Poor Customer and Booking service. Ok, maybe because my name is too exotic, so they could not find me on the list? She had that "I don't understand what you were saying" look. Bad! Overpriced, not so spectacular.

Went for yum cha lunch on a Saturday two weeks ago. It's just like your typical "yum cha" experience, although this restaurant looks a bit more "upmarket". Service could have been better. They should offer extra free parking for the customers who eat there and also do some shopping, as after 3 hours, it is not free to park in Parramatta Westfield. And yum cha is not a "quick and go" kinda experience.

Typical pub/cafe foods in a Club. A bit "pricey" considering it is not a table service (you have to pick up your foods from the counter and buy drinks from the bar area).

It may be the fanciest dining place in the area, but they need to lift up their service.
My steak was tough and my husband's chicken was so dry. Sticky date pudding was good, although not sure why they put the ramekin for the ice cream on the plate on top of the butterscotch sauce (the bottom of ramekin was actually touching the sauce...hmm).
If you want a "nice dinner", this may be the area. But if you are after a cheap food, friendly people, check out the Bowling club across the road.

Didn't know the place was closed for lunch. Left a couple of messages prior to coming, to book a table. Yet, no one call back.

We went there last night for husband's birthday. We used the coupon from Travelzoo, hence, it was such a good value (3-course meal for 2 and you picked from the standard menu).
Our entrees were good. Loved the twice-cooked pork belly, it was crunchy. My scallops were plump too (although, only 3 pieces on the plate). Mains were a bit of a miss. Not as bad as we were expecting. My duck was good (although serving was small), my husband's tenderloin steak was Ok (not the most tender steak but it was passable. Need to find a better things to accompany the steak, though. I think should just stick with potatoes and good jus, instead of that jamon and black pulses/beans).
Dessert was Ok, good serving. The bread roll was tough and dry! It was like something that they put in the microwave to heat up. I notice that they kept the rolls warm in this kinda "bain-marie" style pot.
Service was patchy. The other reviewer mentioned about the "distance of the wine", we had the same issue and as if they were attentive enough to check whether our glasses were empty. My husband at the end asked to leave the wine bottle on our table.
The location of this restaurant is pretty good. Some tables may have pillars blocking the view. Menu was too small to read plus not enough lights.

Good xiao long bao. Yummy! Don't expect much for service and ambience. There were 8 of us and we only spent less than $11 (after using an Entertainment voucher).

We went there (2 adults, 2 kids) on Good Friday. The foods were so Expensive ($27 for a supposedly-pancetta pasta with a oil, garlic and couple of pine nuts? You gotta be joking). My husband had a veal meal, not much to brag about. Kids had the kids menu, very pricey.
On top of that, the public holiday surcharge of close to $18! Hmm...Canberra, very expensive. At least they did not charge for the chilli oil I asked for (or did they?).
