We walked passed this place and thought it looked nice. First thing we noticed were how untidy this place is. The service was poor to say the least, think it needed more than just one wait staff for a busy Friday night. Must say the sushi was very fresh, although the rice used was very soft and way overcooked. We ordered seafood sizzling plate which was very nice also but extremely salty. Unfortunately, in all, the food didn't hit the mark.

A very pleasant place to enjoy wonderfully created meal. The service is very good, food is always impressive, although once we found the duck too dry and salty. Wine list is also very good but a little to pricey. We just love the cured meat that Adrian does himself, must try. Tasting plate deserts are fabulous, and so intricately presented. Highly recommended.

Do Not Go. Service was arrogant, food was well below average, salty, cold and meat tasted like it was days old. Waited 35 minutes for the paella, and when it came, was tasteless and dry. Eight tapas, one paella and a bottle of wine came to $121.

Response from Management:
We are sorry you had such a bad experience but just to clear one thing up. On the menu it states that it is a 30 minute wait for the paella because it is cooked fresh and from scratch. All paella's take this long or longer unless you have pre-cooked rice which is not the traditional Spanish way.

The food is toned down so much that it doesn't resemble any authentic Chinese cuisine. We were offered a table at a corner, which was fine, but it means we had no attention from any waiter. The menu came to our hands 25 minutes after we were seated. The tea was poor, watered down version. We found it difficult to understand what the hype is all about David's. Will think twice before going again.

We love it here and would recommend. We found it is better value to dine with big group rather than just two people. The service was prompt, although often needs to attract the attention of the waiters. Tend to be slighly noisy even when it is only half-full. The spices and chillies used in the dishes work really well in winter to warm you up. Book for weekends, otherwise you could wait for >30 minutes.

A very disappointing visit this time. Could the ownership has changed? The service was unbelievably terrible, slow, arrogant and lazy. Each time we want our wine and water glasses filled, we had to ask to attention. We had to wait 15 minutes for the bill to arrive and another 15 minutes to process payment. We didn't hear a word of "thank you" throughout the night.

The food was very average, scallops were overcooked, lamb dish was too salty and tough, the oysters were of poor quality and the beef were overcooked, and the wait time was well over 30 minutes. The couple who sat next to us, had to physically tap the waiter on the shoulder, so that they could order their food. I've always love Bottega but after this time, Never again.

Consistently good food and good service. The decor is nothing to be inspired about, but place is very clean and food is always fresh.
