This is our local and as it's a bar not a restaurant the food is pretty darn good. We normally come for the Cook your own steak deal, $11.90 Sunday to Thursday. The quality of steak is great and the salad bar is ok. The drinks are cheap and the decor is typical English pub, nice warm wood accents and old photos linning the walls.

In summer and balmy nights the outside courtyard is great. Overall, a cosy place with great steak.

What a find! Great Taiwanese food and the take away is just as good as the dine in meals which doesn't happen very often! We love the Mongolian beef, Sweet and sour chicken, spicy chicken dumplings (hot!), Black pepper beef and basically everything on the menu. The restaurant's not much to look at, but the food makes up for it, the service is friendly and the value terrific. I do wonder if they use MSG but I'm willing to overlook that.

Love this place! The food is great, the service friendly and the decor pretty wacky, with fake palm trees and vines but it's all part of it's charm. We haven't had one bad dish, the food is all great. We love making our own rice paper rolls, the duck soup, pork salad and pho bo is all terrific.

They even have Beer Ba Ba Ba, from Saigon, which is nice as we haven't seen it since travelling through Vietnam. Overall, it's a reasonably priced great place for terrific Vietnamese food. Can't wait to go back!

We came here for my fiance's birthday and sat right at the front of the balcony..wow the view really is amazing! Decor is beautiful and the service is highly polished but at the same time very friendly.

The food is good but falls short of being great..it's just missing the wow factor.
I had the beef carpaccio, and sadly I've had much better carpaccio in numerous places, it was missing something. The same with my main of Tasmanian lobster, it was nice but not fantastic. The cocktails and wine list are incredible. We had a great night, just wish the food was better.

What a disappointment. I'd been wanting to try this restaurant for ages and I'm sad that we did. Service and decor is great. Our french waiter was probably the best part of the experience and the wine was fantastic. But the food just wasn't that good. It was ok but definitely missing the wow factor. A huge pity, this place could be great if the food was improved upon.

Yum, yum, yum! Food here is sooo good! Thai Face has beautiful ambience, a very cool set up, nice and dark. Yes, it's noisy but I think that adds to the atmosphere, my partner and I still have romantic dinners there..the noise doesn't bother us at all. Service is very quick, attentive and friendly.

The main dishes are huge and very filling. I can never seem to finish them. The Duck in plum sauce is outstanding, as is the Massuman curry and the BBQ Beef, we actually haven't tried anything that we haven't loved. A truly great restaurant, keep up the great work!

We absolutely love Sushi Ya, it's our local and always fantastic! We love the relaxed ambience and the fantastic value for money. The must haves are the beef tataki with special sauce, tempura dumplings, deep fried chicken, tuna tataki, tuna sashimi (so fresh!), tsukune, teriyaki beef roll, wagyu aborio sushi and the desserts are great too, you have to try the green tea tiramisu. The service isn't great, but this isn't fine dinning so we can live with that..the food makes up for it. Love Sushi Ya and can't wait to go again.
