Wow! The food here is absolutely fabulous. I've been to Singapore numerous times for both work and pleasure and love the cuisine. Ginger & Spice is not only authentic, some of the dishes are even tastier than what you'd expect to get at the food courts/hawker centres in Singapore. The service is hospitable and friendly, and the prices reasonable.

Tried this place on the recommendation of a friend and was pleasantly surprised as I don't usually equate American food with fine dining. The food was very tasty yet well presented and the fit out fun. Service was so-so and prices were on the slightly expensive side, though. Would I recommend it? Probably. Would I give it another go? Definitely, at which point I'll decide whether not it's worthy of my recommendation!
